摘要: The present concept relates to a compensation system (105) for compensating a trailer sway (107) of a vehicle trailer (110) for a towing vehicle (100). The compensation system (105) comprises a read-in interface (115) and a compensation device (120). The read-in interface (115) is designed to read in a vehicle yaw-rate signal (125) that represents a vehicle yaw-rate and/or a vehicle yaw-rate change of the towing vehicle (100). The compensation device (120) is designed to determine a superposition angle (200) for superposition on a rear-axle steering angle (130) of the towing vehicle (100), when at least the vehicle yaw-rate and/or the vehicle yaw-rate change is within a defined yaw-rate fluctuation range, and/or to emit the superposition angle in the form of a superposition angle signal (135) to a rear-axle steering device (140) of the towing vehicle (100), in order to enable the compensation of the trailer sway (107).

摘要: An active rear steer (ARS) system for a vehicle includes: a rear wheel steering actuator; and an ARS module. The ARS module is configured to operate in a preemptive active rear steer (PARS) wheel yaw control mode and i) receive signal data from first sensors, ii) determine a target PARS wheel angle based on the signal data, iii) determine a target ramp-in rate for the target PARS wheel angle, and iv) preemptively at least one of prevent and mitigate an oversteer event or an understeer event of the vehicle including controlling the rear wheel steering actuator to preemptively adjust a rear wheel angle of the vehicle based on the target PARS wheel angle and the target ramp-in rate.

摘要: An apparatus for controlling a vehicle has a first actuator for turning a first set of steerable vehicle wheels connected with a first axle of the vehicle. The first actuator turns the first set of steerable vehicle wheels connected with the first axle to cause the vehicle to turn and travel along a desired path. A second actuator turns a second set of steerable vehicle wheels connected with a second axle of the vehicle. A third actuator turns a third set of steerable vehicle wheels connected with a third axle of the vehicle. A control unit controls the second and third actuators connected with the second and third axles to turn the second set of steerable vehicle wheels and the third set of steerable vehicle wheels. The control unit may control the second and third actuators in response to a signal from a sensor to turn the second set and third set of steerable vehicle wheels connected with the second and third axles to eliminate, reject or reduce the yaw moment and lateral force acting on the vehicle due to an aerodynamic force.

摘要: A steering system for a vehicle includes: an operation member operable by a driver; a front-wheel steering device to which the operation member is connected to enable a front wheel to be steered by a steering amount; a rear-wheel steering device configured to steer a rear wheel independently of the front wheel; and a controller configured to control the front-wheel and rear-wheel steering devices. The controller executes a front-wheel steering force application control to apply, to the front wheel, a steering force including, as a component thereof, a driving support force that causes the vehicle to travel along a target travel line. The controller determines, in the front-wheel steering force application control, the driving support force based on a target operation amount that is the operation amount of the operation member to cause the vehicle to travel along the target travel line and a steering amount of the rear wheel.

摘要: Crawl operations for four-wheel steering vehicles are described herein. An example vehicle described herein includes four wheels, a front steering actuator to turn the front wheels, a rear steering actuator to turn the rear wheels, a front drive motor to drive the front wheels, and a rear drive motor to drive the rear wheels. The vehicle also includes an electronic control unit (ECU) to activate the front steering actuator to turn the front wheels in a first direction, activate the rear steering actuator to turn the rear wheels in a second direction opposite the first direction such that the front wheels and the rear wheels are turned in opposite directions, activate the front drive motor to drive the front wheels in a reverse direction, and activate the rear drive motor to drive the rear wheels in a forward direction while the front wheels are driven in the reverse direction.

摘要: The present disclosure provides methods for adjusting steering angle and articulation angle in an auto steering operation of a work vehicle. The percentage of travel of an articulation joystick of the work vehicle at least partially determines an articulation desired angle change, which can be used to calculate an articulation desired angle and a steering desired angle change. The difference between the articulation desired angle and an articulation angle detected by an articulation angle sensor is used to adjust the articulation angle. The steering desired angle change can be used to calculate a steering desired angle. The difference between the steering desired angle and a steering angle detected by a steering angle sensor is used to adjust the steering angle.

摘要: A transport vehicle includes a base, wheels connected to the base, and load receiving elements. At least two of the wheels have a track width therebetween in each of a transverse drive and in a longitudinal drive. The track width in the longitudinal drive and the track width in the transverse drive are each variable. The transport vehicle is transports a load having a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction between the wheels. The transport vehicle is drivable both in the transverse drive and in the longitudinal drive.
