摘要: A work machine capable of driving each actuator more speedily and more accurately by ensuring high operability in a case of operator's manual operation, while accurately supplying a hydraulic fluid at a target flow rate to the actuator without depending on a load fluctuation in a case of automatic control over a machine body in response to a command input from a controller is provided. The controller controls a plurality of auxiliary flow controllers in such a manner that supply flow rates to a plurality of directional control valves from hydraulic pumps either fluctuate in response to load fluctuations of a plurality of hydraulic actuators when an area limiting control function invalidation instruction is issued, or do not fluctuate in response to the load fluctuations of the plurality of hydraulic actuators when an area limiting control function validation instruction is issued.

摘要: The control system for the hydraulic construction machine includes: a hydraulic actuator; a work device driven by the hydraulic actuator; a hydraulic pump supplying a hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic actuator; a pump flow rate control section controlling the delivery flow rate of the hydraulic pump; a pump horsepower control section controlling the horsepower of the hydraulic pump; and a target surface distance acquiring section measuring or computing a target surface distance that is the distance between a construction target surface on which the work device works and the work device. The pump flow rate control section is configured to perform control such that as the target surface distance decreases, the delivery flow rate decreases, and the pump horsepower control section is configured to perform control such that as the target surface distance decreases, the horsepower of the hydraulic pump increases.

摘要: A construction machine that can ensure an initial response that varies in accordance with a hydraulic actuator in a similar fashion to a case of adopting a hydraulic pilot-type operation device is provided. A controller 100 of a hydraulic excavator outputs a command current for driving the corresponding solenoid proportional valve (i.e. some of solenoid proportional valves 41a, 41b, 42a to 42d, 43a to 43d, 44a and 44b) in response to an operation signal from an electric lever-type work operation device 2a or 2b, and includes a correction function to correct the command current such that the command current is higher than a target current corresponding to an operation amount of the operation device for preset predetermined time at a time of starting to operate the operation device from a neutral position thereof. This correction function corrects only the command current to the bucket solenoid proportional valves 44a and 44b.

摘要: To cope with a variety of flow rate balance required of two actuators flexibly in combined operations driving two actuators of high maximum demanded flow rates at the same time while suppressing the wasteful energy consumption caused by the throttle pressure loss in a pressure compensating valve, the arrangement is such that when the demanded flow rate of a boom cylinder 3a is lower than a prescribed flow rate, the boom cylinder 3a is driven only by hydraulic fluid delivered from a single flow type main pump 202 and when the demanded flow rate of the boom cylinder 3a is higher than the prescribed flow rate, the hydraulic fluid delivered from the single flow type main pump 202 and hydraulic fluid delivered from a first delivery port 102a of a split flow type main pump 102 are merged together and the boom cylinder 3a is driven by the merged fluids. Further, when the demanded flow rate of an arm cylinder 3b is lower than a prescribed flow rate, the arm cylinder 3b is driven only by hydraulic fluid delivered from a second delivery port 102b of the split flow type main pump 102 and when the demanded flow rate of the arm cylinder 3b is higher than the prescribed flow rate, hydraulic fluid delivered from the first delivery port 102a and hydraulic fluid delivered from the second delivery port 102b are merged together and the arm cylinder 3b is driven by the merged fluids.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a hydraulic drive system that effectively utilizes a hydraulic fluid accumulated in an accumulator to make it possible to achieve a substantial improvement in terms of efficiency for a work machine as a whole. A hydraulic drive system includes: a first hydraulic pump; a first hydraulic actuator driven by being supplied with a hydraulic fluid from the first hydraulic pump; a first line for supplying the hydraulic fluid from the first hydraulic pump to the first hydraulic actuator; a first pump flow adjustment device installed in the first line, the first pump flow adjustment device being configured to adjust; a first hydraulic accumulator for accumulating the hydraulic fluid delivered from the first hydraulic pump; and a first accumulation flow adjustment device configured to adjust the flow of the hydraulic fluid from the first hydraulic pump to the first hydraulic accumulator. The hydraulic drive system further comprises a first accumulation flow supply device configured to supply the hydraulic fluid accumulated in the first hydraulic accumulator to the first hydraulic actuator via a second line different from the first line.

摘要: A control system for a construction machine stops an upper swing structure at a desired swing stop angle. A main controller sets a swing stop target angle at which an upper swing structure is to be stopped. A swing stoppability determination section reads an angle signal of the upper swing structure with respect to an undercarriage and an angle of a work implement, and determines whether the swing of the upper swing structure can be stopped at the swing stop target angle. A work implement is controlled in such a manner that an extension action of the work implement in a swing radial direction is prohibited or a contraction action of the work implement in the swing radial direction is executed in response to a signal that indicates whether the swing can be stopped and that is determined by the swing stoppability determination section.

摘要: In a hydraulic drive system performing the load sensing control by using a pump device having two delivery ports whose delivery flow rates are controlled by a single pump controller, surplus flow is prevented and energy loss at an unload valve and a pressure compensating valve is reduced in combined operations in which two actuators are driven at the same time while producing a relatively large supply flow rate difference therebetween. A boom cylinder 3a is connected so that the hydraulic fluids delivered from delivery ports P1 and P2 of a pump device 1a are merged and supplied to the boom cylinder 3a. An arm cylinder 3h is connected so that the hydraulic fluids delivered from delivery ports P3 and P4 of a pump device 1b are merged and supplied to the arm cylinder 3h. A travel motor 3d is connected so that the hydraulic fluid delivered from one (delivery port P2) of the delivery ports of the pump device 1a and the hydraulic fluid delivered from one (delivery port P4) of the delivery ports of the pump device 1b are merged and supplied to the travel motor 3d. A travel motor 3e is connected so that the hydraulic fluid delivered from the other (delivery port P1) of the delivery ports of the pump device 1a and the hydraulic fluid delivered from the other (delivery port P3) of the delivery ports of the pump device 1b are merged and supplied to the travel motor 3e.

For this purpose, a controller computes a flow rate of the return oil from a first hydraulic actuator on the basis of an operation signal from a first operation device, computes a flow rate of oil to be supplied to a second hydraulic actuator on the basis of an operation signal from a second operation device, sets smaller one of the flow rate of the return oil and the flow rate of the oil to be supplied, as a regeneration flow rate that is a flow rate of oil to be regenerated in the second hydraulic actuator, sets a flow rate obtained by subtracting the regeneration flow rate from the flow rate of the return oil, as a recovery flow rate that is a flow rate of oil to be recovered to a pressure accumulating device, adjusts an opening degree of a first control valve 2 such that a flow rate of oil supplied from the first hydraulic actuator to the pressure accumulating device coincides with the recovery flow rate, and adjusts an opening degree of a second control valve such that a flow rate of oil supplied from the first hydraulic actuator to the second hydraulic actuator coincides with the regeneration flow rate.

Thus, the construction machine includes a first control valve disposed in a first hydraulic fluid line connecting a bottom-side fluid chamber of a hydraulic cylinder with an accumulator, and a second control valve disposed in a second hydraulic fluid line connecting a rod-side fluid chamber of the hydraulic cylinder with a tank. The construction machine further includes a third control valve disposed in a third hydraulic fluid line connecting the rod-side fluid chamber with the accumulator, and a fourth control valve disposed in a fourth hydraulic fluid line connecting a line part of the first hydraulic fluid line, which connects the bottom-side fluid chamber with the third control valve, and a line part of the third hydraulic fluid line, which connects the rod-side fluid chamber with the third control valve, with each other.
