The control device 240 determines whether the working device has started excavation, or not, based on the lift cylinder bottom pressure detected by the lift cylinder bottom pressure detector 252 and the vehicle acceleration detected by the vehicle acceleration detector 254.

摘要: An engine cooling system (22) includes an engine (11), an engine cooling pipe line (23), an engine water pump (24) and an engine radiator (25). An electricity storage device cooling system (27) includes an electricity storage device (19), an electricity storage device cooling pipe line (28), an electricity storage device water pump (29) and an electricity storage device radiator (31). Different heat-transfer media (engine cooling water and electricity storage device cooling water) flow respectively in the engine cooling system (22) and the electricity storage device cooling system (27). Further, a heating heat exchanger (32) is provided in the halfway of the engine cooling pipe line (23) and in the halfway of the electricity storage device cooling pipe line (28) for performing heat exchange between the engine cooling water and the electricity storage device cooling water.

摘要: Hybrid construction machinery has a power storage apparatus that can be warmed up quickly and has a lengthened life. The machinery includes an electric motor assisting a prime mover in power and generating electric power. The power storage apparatus transfers electric power to and from the electric motor. A warm-up circuit circulates a warming medium in the vicinity of the power storage apparatus, and a control device controls circulation of the warming medium. On-board equipment state detection units detect on-board equipment states to estimate an output request for the power storage apparatus from the on-board equipment. Circulation of the warming medium is controlled based on a temperature of the power storage apparatus and a determination temperature for determining whether to circulate the warming medium in the warm-up circuit. The control device further varies the determination temperature according to a result of detection by the on-board equipment state detection units.

摘要: A control system for a construction machine stops an upper swing structure at a desired swing stop angle. A main controller sets a swing stop target angle at which an upper swing structure is to be stopped. A swing stoppability determination section reads an angle signal of the upper swing structure with respect to an undercarriage and an angle of a work implement, and determines whether the swing of the upper swing structure can be stopped at the swing stop target angle. A work implement is controlled in such a manner that an extension action of the work implement in a swing radial direction is prohibited or a contraction action of the work implement in the swing radial direction is executed in response to a signal that indicates whether the swing can be stopped and that is determined by the swing stoppability determination section.

Thereby, drive systems corresponding to loads of dump trucks or the like can be configured using identical components.
