摘要: An automatic brake subsystem (24) includes second accumulators (25F, 25R), a front second line (28) and a rear second line (29), second brake valves (30F, 30R), a first solenoid switching valve (32), first shuttle valves (33F, 33R), and a controller 37. A second solenoid switching valve (34F) and a pressure sensor (35F) are provided in the front second line (28), and a second solenoid switching valve (34R) and a pressure sensor (35R) are provided in the rear second line (29). In a case where it is determined that each of the second brake valve (30F, 30R) is not performing normally based upon a pressure of a hydraulic fluid detected by each of the pressure sensors (35F, 35R) and an operating signal supplied to the first solenoid switching valve (32) or each of the second brake valves (30F, 30R), a controller 37 performs control to switch each of the second solenoid switching valves (34F, 34R).

摘要: A hydraulic oil resupply device (40) is provided between first accumulators (15F, 15R) in a manual braking operation circuit (11) and a second accumulator (25) in an automatic brake circuit (24). The hydraulic oil resupply device (40) resupplies hydraulic oil accumulated in the second accumulator (25) to the first accumulators (15F, 15R) at the operating of a manual braking operation by an operator. This configuration can suppress a rising speed of a brake pressure at the manual operation braking from being slow. Accordingly, in a vehicular brake system, it is possible to enhance a braking capability by the manual braking operation and improve the reliability.

摘要: In a regenerative braking device of a dump truck comprising an engine, a first generator and a second generator driven by the engine, at least one travel motor driven by generated electric power of the first generator and at least one fan motor to which generated electric power of the second generator is inputted via a first rectifier circuit, the regenerative braking device comprises: a resistive element to which regenerating electric power from the at least one travel motor in regenerative braking is supplied and which is cooled by at least one fan driven by the at least one fan motor and converts electric energy into heat energy and dissipates heat; and a DC/DC converter that inputs a part of the regenerating electric power which is supplied to the resistive element to an output line of the first rectifier circuit via a second rectifier circuit.

摘要: Provided is a technique for improving the cooling efficiency of a vehicle heat exchange system configured to cool a cooling liquid discharged from each of a plurality of heat sources. The vehicle heat exchange system comprises a high-temperature side radiator unit and a low-temperature side radiator unit, the high-temperature side radiator including: a first high-temperature side radiator that faces a first fan and is connected to a high-temperature side discharge pipe; a second high-temperature side radiator that faces a second fan and is connected to a high-temperature side supply pipe; and a high-temperature side connection pipe for supplying the cooling liquid from the first high-temperature side radiator to the second high-temperature side radiator, and the low-temperature side radiator unit including: a first low-temperature side radiator that is arranged to face the second high-temperature side radiator on the upstream side of the cooling air flow, and is connected to a low-temperature side discharge pipe; a second low-temperature side radiator that is arranged to face the first high-temperature side radiator on the upstream side of the cooling air flow, and is connected to a low-temperature side supply pipe; and a low-temperature side connection pipe for supplying the cooling liquid from the first low-temperature side radiator to the second low-temperature side radiator.

摘要: An engine (12) drives a variable capacity-type hydraulic pump (16), discharged hydraulic oil is selectively supplied to a cooling fan (19) and a hoist cylinder (11) in accordance with switching of a selection valve (17), thereby controlling the same on the basis of each target value. A pump discharge pressure (Pp) of the hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic pump (16) and a motor supply pressure (Pm) of the hydraulic oil supplied to a hydraulic motor (18) via the selection valve (17) are detected by sensors (27, 28) and are compared with pressure determination values stored in advance as a pump discharge pressure (Pp) and an actuator supply pressure (Pm) generated when the target value is achieved. Presence/absence of abnormality in the hydraulic actuator control device (15) is determined on the basis of a result of the comparison, and when abnormality is determined to have occurred, control is performed to minimize the capacity of the hydraulic pump (16).

摘要: A power regeneration system of a work vehicle includes: a first generator (12) and a second generator (31) that are driven by an engine (11); a first electric circuit (C1) for supplying electric power to traveling motors (10L, 10R); a second electric circuit (C2) for supplying electric power to an auxiliary device (35); a voltage step down converter (21) providing electric power from the first electric circuit to the second electric circuit; and a controller (51) that determines whether a travel mode of the work vehicle is a powering mode or a regeneration mode in order to control driving of the voltage step down converter. If the travel mode is the regeneration mode, the controller provides the regenerative power from the first electric circuit through the voltage step down converter to the second electric circuit, in order to drive the auxiliary device with the regenerative power.

摘要: An autonomous traveling vehicle, equipped with autonomous traveling function on a standard machine, has a high-pressure selector valve placed on a flow path in which pressure-oil is supplied from a standard brake valve (SBV) installed in the standard machine to a hydraulic brake. A flow path is installed to connect the high-pressure selector valve and an autonomous brake control valve (ABCV) that is supplied with pressure-oil delivered by a hydraulic pump. Further, an autonomous traveling controller is installed to perform control for autonomous travel, and an autonomous brake controller is installed to perform open or close control on the ABCV in response to a braking instruction from the autonomous traveling controller. When the brake pedal is stepped on, the pressure-oil flows from the SBV to the hydraulic brake, and when the autonomous traveling controller outputs a stop instruction, the pressure-oil flows from the ABCV to the hydraulic brake.
