摘要: A method, performed by a User Equipment (UE), for a Beam Failure Recovery (BFR) procedure includes receiving, from a Base Station (BS), a BFR configuration for a serving cell of the BS, wherein the BFR configuration includes a threshold for a Beam Failure Instance (BFI) counter associated with the serving cell, and the threshold is associated with a beamFailureInstanceMaxCount information element (IE); incrementing a value of the BFI counter based on a Beam Failure Detection (BFD); triggering the BFR procedure for the serving cell when the value of the BFI counter is equal to or higher than the threshold; performing Band Width Part (BWP) switching for the serving cell when receiving a reconfiguration indication from the BS, wherein the reconfiguration indication includes a BWP index; and setting the value of the BFI counter to zero when performing the BWP switching.

摘要: A method of listen before talk (LBT) recovery procedure for a user equipment (UE) is provided. The method comprises performing an LBT failure detection procedure for a serving cell, triggering the LBT recovery procedure for the serving cell in response to detecting consistent uplink (UL) LBT failures in a first bandwidth part (BWP) on the serving cell according to the LBT failure detection procedure, where the LBT recovery procedure includes triggering an LBT failure procedure for determining the first BWP as an invalid BWP, and cancelling the triggered LBT recovery procedure for the serving cell in response to confirming a predefined condition in the UE.

摘要: A base station (BS) that includes one or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computer-executable one or more instructions, and at least one processor coupled to the one or more non-transitory computer-readable media is provided. The at least one processor is configured to execute the computer-executable instructions to cause the BS to transmit a dynamic grant to a user equipment (UE) for scheduling a first uplink (UL) resource and a second UL resource, and receive a first Medium Access Control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) from the UE via the second UL resource in a case that transmission of the first MAC PDU to the BS via the first UL resource has failed and the second UL resource is available for transmitting the first MAC PDU. The first UL resource starts before the second UL resource in time domain, and the second UL resource is indicated for a new transmission.

The method comprises receiving, from a Base Station (BS), a first configuration indicating at least one of a scheduling offset, a common Timing Advance (TA), and satellite ephemeris information; receiving, from the BS, a second configuration indicating a TA offset for a TA variable; determining a UE-specific TA based on the satellite ephemeris information; determining a total TA based on at least one of the TA variable, the TA offset for the TA variable, the common TA, and the UE-specific TA; and starting, from a transmission by the UE, a time window after an additional time based on the total TA and the scheduling offset.

摘要: A method and a User Equipment (UE) for small data transmission are provided. The method includes receiving a Radio Resource Control (RRC) release message; measuring at least one Downlink (DL) Reference Signal (RS) to obtain a measurement result; selecting a particular Configure Grant (CG) resource for small data transmission according to the measurement result; determining whether a Timing Advance (TA) value for the particular CG resource is valid for small data transmission according to (i) an amount of Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) change of a DL RS associated with the particular CG resource and (ii) whether a TA-related timer is running; and performing small data transmission on the particular CG resource after determining that the TA value is valid.
