摘要: In one aspect, a micro-fluidic system consisting of modules that are arranged side by side in a row, each module containing a micro-fluidic unit and an associated electric control unit is provided. The rear faces of the modules lie against a common vertical rear wall unit and are held against the unit. In the modules, the respective control unit is located in the vicinity of the rear face and the micro-fluidic unit is situated in a region that is remote from the rear face. The control units can be connected to an electric line bus that runs through the rear wall unit via electric connectors that are located on the rear faces of the modules and on the rear wall unit and the micro-fluidic units of two respective neighboring modules are interconnected to allow the passage of fluid via a connecting part that contains connection channels and that spans the relevant modules.

摘要: The microfluidic system is constituted of modules that comprise one microfluidic unit and one corresponding electric control unit each and that are retained on a rear panel unit next to each other in a row. To prevent the formation of accumulation of ignitable or toxic gas mixtures a fluid conduit for a rinsing fluid extends through the rear panel unit. Branches lead from said fluid conduit to the modules, and said branches flowing into respective distributor compartments that extend vertically across the module height in the modules. Said distributor compartments are delimited in relation to the interior of the respective module by a distributor panel that is provide with openings. The interior of the respective module comprises, on its lower or rear surface, an exit opening for the rinsing fluid.

摘要: A modular microfluidic system includes modules which are arranged next to each other in a row. Every module has a microfluidic part which rests on a contact surface of the module in a locally limited area and is forced against the contact surface by a fastening element. The microfluidic part includes a fluid channel system with fluid connections that are arranged on the top surface of the microfluidic part in edge areas relative to the adjoining microfluidic parts. The fluid connections of adjoining microfluidic parts are interlinked by respective connecting channels in a connecting part bridging the microfluidic parts, wherein the connecting part rests on the microfluidic parts in the edge areas. A clamping part rests against the lower surfaces of the adjoining microfluidic parts and is connected to the connecting part via an additional fastening element in the area between the microfluidic parts.

摘要: A mounting device (1), an apparatus (20) and an assembly system for apparatuses (20, 50) including those with a greater weight, whereby the individual parts can be interconnected using simple tools. The apparatuses (20, 50) are hooked into a profile (5, 7, 8) of a mounting device (1) and are then secured onto a mounting rail (6) of the mounting device (1). The mounting device (1) has two integrated cable channels (12, 13) so that cables which are subject to interference, such as power supply cables, are accommodated separately from sensitive cables, such as data transmission cables, and can be protected from ambient influences. The mounting device (1) is provided with a front panel (6) as a cover. The design of the mounting device (1) with the front panel (6) as a closed unit offers a high level of EMC and ESD protection, in addition to good protection against ambient conditions and weather conditions, in particular moisture and dust. Electric connections of the individual apparatuses (20, 50) to one another are established easily through the use of plugs (26) arranged on the sides of the apparatuses when the apparatuses (20, 50) are configured to be placed side by side in the mounting device (1) in a precisely defined position. Modules in the interior of the apparatuses (20, 50) may thus be interconnected directly without needing additional bus lines and/or bus modules.

摘要: Apparatus for processing motor operating data for an associated electric motor comprises a processing unit coupled to a motor stress operating data sensor and a real time clock. It further comprises a power supply coupled to the motor such that the apparatus is powered by power derived from the motor. The data processing method includes the steps of collecting the operating data and, when it exceeds predetermined criteria data for the particular associated motor, storing the operating data and time of occurrence data provided by the real time clock in a data memory for subsequent data read out. In this manner, a motor biography may be reconstructed for the actual or service life of the motor.
