摘要: The microfluidic system is constituted of modules that comprise one microfluidic unit and one corresponding electric control unit each and that are retained on a rear panel unit next to each other in a row. To prevent the formation of accumulation of ignitable or toxic gas mixtures a fluid conduit for a rinsing fluid extends through the rear panel unit. Branches lead from said fluid conduit to the modules, and said branches flowing into respective distributor compartments that extend vertically across the module height in the modules. Said distributor compartments are delimited in relation to the interior of the respective module by a distributor panel that is provide with openings. The interior of the respective module comprises, on its lower or rear surface, an exit opening for the rinsing fluid.

摘要: There is described a microfluid system with a microchannel structure for the passage of fluids and a further channel structure separated from the microstructure by means of at least one separating wall for the passage of a heat transfer fluid. The risk of internal leakage in the microfluid system can be recognized in time, by separation of the microchannel structure from a cavity of at least one point by a further separating wall, said separating wall being at least locally weaker than the separating wall between the microchannel structure and the further channel structure and said cavity is connected to a detector device for detection of ingressing fluid.

摘要: A branch element is specified for use in a communication network, whereby in the interplay of two branch elements designed according to the invention, a cleared fault in a communication medium stretching between the two branch elements, in particular a line, with a power supply cable and a current return cable, can be recognized with the help of a test current, which can be supplied by supplying test equipment—preferably provided in each branch element—and which can be detected using terminating test equipment—likewise preferably provided in each branch element—and whereby each terminating test equipment is designed and/or provided to deactivate a bus termination assigned to the respective branch element when the test current is detected.

摘要: A memory-programmable controller is disclosed having a bit and word processor for controlling a peripheral process. A process control program is stored in a user program memory. The controller includes a data memory in which process images of the controlled process are stored. A supplemental memory is coupled in parallel with the data memory. Bit-wide data is stored in the data memory and change bits associated with individual ones of the bit wide data in the data memory are stored in the supplemental memory. The change bits determine whether the associated bit in the data memory can be changed during processing by the control program. Definite control states can thereby be simulated for test purposes.

摘要: In one aspect, a micro-fluidic system consisting of modules that are arranged side by side in a row, each module containing a micro-fluidic unit and an associated electric control unit is provided. The rear faces of the modules lie against a common vertical rear wall unit and are held against the unit. In the modules, the respective control unit is located in the vicinity of the rear face and the micro-fluidic unit is situated in a region that is remote from the rear face. The control units can be connected to an electric line bus that runs through the rear wall unit via electric connectors that are located on the rear faces of the modules and on the rear wall unit and the micro-fluidic units of two respective neighboring modules are interconnected to allow the passage of fluid via a connecting part that contains connection channels and that spans the relevant modules.
