摘要: A printer includes a transporting belt, a liquid ejecting head, and a negative pressure generator. The transporting belt transports a printing medium while electrostatically attracting the printing medium. The liquid ejecting head ejects liquid droplets onto the printing medium transported by the transporting belt and thereby performs printing. The negative pressure generator is in contact with the inner surface of the transporting belt and supports the transporting belt. The negative pressure generator has a suction opening for generating negative pressure formed in a contact surface thereof in contact with the transporting belt. The transporting belt is a substantially airtight member.

摘要: A motor casing comprises a first casing member (2) and a second casing member (3) which are separated in a direction of the rotational shaft of a motor, the first and second casing members are coupled by coupling members (4), a stator (6) of the motor is held and fixed within the casing by the first casing member and the second casing member, and the coupling portions between the first casing member and the second casing member are positioned inside and also deep into the first casing member. A method for producing a motor casing is such that when it is assumed that a length of the stator (6) held is L1 and a length from an engaging portion of the coupling member (4) with the first casing member to an engaging portion of the coupling member (4) with the second casing member is L2, a strength classification of the required coupling member is determined in advance by converting it into a ratio of L1 and L2.

摘要: A retractable stand for an electric vehicle is connected to an electric running motor. A one-way clutch is disposed between an output shaft of the running motor and a continuously variable transmission. Upon forward rotation of the output shaft, the one-way clutch idles and power is transmitted through the continuously variable transmission to a drive wheel. Upon reverse rotation of the output shaft, the one-way clutch transmits power to a first gear but not to the transmission. The reverse rotation is transmitted through a gear box to a main stand which extends to a park position. The main stand is normally biased through a pair of compression springs to a retracted position.

摘要: To make it possible to improve a printing speed. When printing a plurality of printing sheets 14, it is possible to decrease the time for generating correction data by using a pair of correction data values to print the printing sheets 14. Therefore, it is possible to decrease the time for printing each printing sheet 14 even compared to the case of a method for generating correction data for each printing sheet 14. As a result, even when the number of sheets to be printed is large, it is possible to improve a printing speed. Moreover, when meandering states of the printing sheet 14 are changed, it is possible to prevent disorder of a printed image due to meandering of the printing sheet 14 for a long time by newly generating correction data. Furthermore, by generating (updating) only a part of correction data when newly generating the correction data, it is possible to decrease the time for generating the correction data and improve a printing speed.

摘要: A vibrating transducer is coupled to one end of an elongated vibrating plate and a receiving transducer is coupled to the other end of the vibrating plate. Langevin transducers are used for the vibrating and receiving transducers. Each transducer includes a pair of annular piezoelectric elements. The vibrating transducer is connected to an oscillator. A controller controls the oscillator. Detection signals of a voltage sensor, which detects the vibrating state of the receiving side of the vibrating plate, are fed back to the controller. The controller controls the oscillator such that the phase difference between the vibration of the vibrating side and the receiving side is within a predetermined range and that the receiving side is vibrated by amplitude greater than or equal to a predetermined amplitude.
