摘要: A spray nozzle manifold comprising a first co-axial passage for supply of an atomization gas, a second co-axial passage present in said first passage for supply of a liquid, more than one laterally spaced nozzle for atomization and spraying liquid in a direction away from the longitudinal axis of the manifold attached to the first passage, said nozzles having an inlet for liquid fluidly connected to said second passage, an inlet for atomization gas fluidly connected to the first passage, a mixing chamber wherein atomization gas and liquid mix and an outlet for a mixture of atomization gas and liquid, wherein the nozzle has an opening for discharge of atomization gas which opening is in fluid communication with the first passage at a position upstream of the mixing chamber and wherein a shield is fixed to the first passage surrounding the nozzle.

摘要: A vessel for cooling syngas comprising a syngas collection chamber and a quench chamber, wherein the syngas collection chamber has a syngas outlet which is fluidly connected with the quench chamber via a tubular diptube, wherein the syngas outlet comprises of a tubular part having a diameter which is smaller than the diameter of the tubular diptube and is co-axial with the diptube, and wherein the tubular part terminates at a point within the diptube such that an annular space is formed between the tubular part and the diptube, and wherein in the annular space a discharge conduit for a liquid water is present having a discharge opening located such to direct the liquid water along the inner wall of the diptube.

摘要: The invention is directed to a process to prepare a gas mixture of hydrogen and carbon monoxide from an ash containing carbonaceous feedstock. The process involves a partial oxidation obtaining liquid ash and a gas mixture comprising hydrogen, carbon monoxide and solids. The liquid ash is separated from the gas mixture and the temperature of the gas mixture is reduced in the absence of the separated ash. The gas mixture is passed through a vertically positioned diptube wherein water is added to the gas mixture flowing through the diptube to obtain a gas/water mixture. The liquid is separated from the gas/water mixture. The gas thus obtained is passed together with an amount of liquid water through a venturi mixer and scrubbed.

摘要: The present invention provides a process for the preparation of a polyether polyol, said process comprising polymerising one or more alkylene oxides in the presence of a multimetal cyanide complex catalyst and an initiator compound, wherein the process is carried out in a reactor vessel equipped with means for agitating its contents and the one or more alkylene oxides are supplied to an agitated mixture comprising the multimetal cyanide complex catalyst and the initiator via a feed inlet device, said feed inlet device comprising a sparger. The present invention also provides a reactor system for the preparation of polyols.

摘要: The invention describes a process for the separation of an oil/water mixture into an oil rich phase and a water rich phase using an inline separation device, an inlet, a vortex generating chamber, a central separation chamber, and an outlet and providing an oil rich phase discharge pipe and a water rich phase discharge pipe. The process further also comprising a) the provision of an additional tangential or axial inlet into the vortex generating chamber or the central separation chamber and introducing an additional amount of oil/water mixture tangentially and/or axially into the vortex generating chamber or the central separation chamber, or b) adjusting the vortex generating means to control the rotation of the vortex, or a combination of a) and b). 摘要: A reactor vessel includes a dipleg connecting a tubular syngas collection chamber and a quench chamber. The collection chamber connects to the dipleg via a slag tap having a frusto-conical part starting from the lower end of the collection chamber and diverging to an opening connected to an interior of the dipleg. The slag tap has a first tubular part connected to the opening of the frusto-conical part and extending in the direction of the dipleg. A second tubular part connects to the frusto-conical part or to the tubular part and extends toward the dipleg. The second tubular part is spaced away from the dipleg to provide an annular space having a discharge conduit. The discharge conduit has a discharge opening located to direct water along the inner wall of the dipleg. At least half of the vertical length of the first tubular part extends below the discharge opening.
