Abstract:
The present invention relates to a subscriber station security-related parameter negotiation method in a wireless portable Internet system. The subscriber station security-related parameter negotiation method includes security-related parameters in transmitting/receiving basic capability negotiation request messages and basic capability negotiation response messages such that the subscriber station and the base station negotiate the subscriber station security-related parameters. The security-related parameters include an authorization policy support subfield used to negotiate an authorization policy between the subscriber station and the base station, and message authentication code mode subfields used to negotiate a message authentication code mode. The base station can inform the subscriber station that authentication or message authentication is not performed and is omitted according to a service provider policy by writing it on the authorization policy support subfield or message authentication code mode subfield. In addition, the subscriber station and the base station can select an authorization policy formed with at least one combination through the authorization policy support subfield of the security negotiation parameters. According to the present invention, the service provider of the wireless portable Internet system can more efficiently and flexibly manage the system by providing a scheme for omitting an authentication function and a message authentication function as well as for supporting various authorization policies and message authentication functions.
Abstract:
A test circuit of a semiconductor integrated circuit includes a through via, a voltage driving unit, and a determination unit. The through via receives an input voltage. The voltage driving unit is connected to the through via to receive the input voltage, changes a level of the input voltage in response to a test control signal, and generates a test voltage. The determination unit compares the input voltage with the test voltage to outputs a resultant signal.
Abstract:
A method forms an ultimate or final image of a sample by selecting some of a plurality of image frames and integrating the selected frames. The method includes providing a semiconductor device including a region of interest and a peripheral region; obtaining a plurality of image frames each including a region of interest image and a peripheral region image respectively corresponding to the region of interest and the peripheral region; selecting at least some of the plurality of image frames based on a contrast between the region of interest image and the peripheral region image; and obtaining an image of the semiconductor device by integrating the selected image frames.
Abstract:
A semiconductor apparatus includes: a plurality of electrical fuses; a rupture unit configured to rupture an electrical fuse in response to rupture information applicable to the plurality of electrical fuses, when a rupture enable signal is activated; a scan unit configured to output information on whether an each of the plurality of electrical fuses are ruptured or not, as scan information, when a scan enable signal is activated; and a shift register unit configured to receive an input signal in synchronization with a clock signal and store the input signal as the rupture information, and configured to receive the scan information and output the scan information as an output signal in synchronization with the clock signal.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a syringe-shaped culture tube which has a wide surface area and is changeable by a user to a desired size, and a cell culture apparatus in which a plurality of the culture tubes are mounted. The cell culture apparatus allows a culture medium to constantly and smoothly contact the entire inner circumference of the culture tube and rotate by a rotation unit at a preset speed when the culture tube is filled with the culture medium. Thus, the cell culture apparatus can promote stirring and gas supply and increase the gas exchange rate. Also, it can reduce consumption of the culture medium. The cell culture apparatus according to the present disclosure includes: the culture tube with a culture space formed therein, wherein a vent hole through which the culture medium flows in and out of the culture space is formed at one or both ends of the culture tube and the inner diameter of which gradually tapers toward the outside at one end thereof is formed; a rotation support member with a plurality of the culture tubes horizontally mounted in a longitudinal direction that rotates around a rotation shaft formed at the center; and a rotation unit for rotating the rotation support member around the rotation shaft.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for performing a security function in a medium access control (MAC) layer in a wireless portable Internet system and an authentication method thereof. In the wireless portable Internet system including a physical layer and the MAC layer, a security sublayer (i.e., the device for performing the security function in the MAC layer) is provided on an MAC common part sublayer. The security sublayer includes a privacy key management (PKM) control management module, a traffic data encryption/authentication module, a control message processing module, a message authentication module, a Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA)-based authentication module, an authentication control/security association (SA) control module, and an extensible authentication protocol (EAP) encapsulation/decapsulation module.
