摘要: In a method and system for handling of an endless belt for an electro-photographic printer or copier, an endless belt is borne with aid of a first, a second, and a third cylindrical body. The first cylindrical body is inserted through a loop of the endless belt. The second cylindrical body is arranged outside of the loop of the endless belt and parallel to the first cylindrical body. The endless belt is wound around the first and the second cylindrical bodies. The third cylindrical body is provided through the loop at a free end of the endless belt. The cylindrical bodies with the wound endless belt are housed in a container.

摘要: A pneumatic toner transport device for an electrographic printing or copying machine is used for transporting toner and for removing toner and/or dirt particles from units of the machine, such as developer station (10) and cleaning station (28). It contains a vacuum-producing device (31), which is connected via a vacuum duct system to the various units of the machine. Assigned to the duct system is a particle separator (24) in the form of a cyclone filter for separating toner and dirt particles out of an airstream flowing through. The particle mixture is separated in a recycling device into dirt particles and recyclable toner and the recyclable toner is supplied anew to the developer station. The dirt particles are collected in a fine filter (32) of the vacuum-producing device (31). The toner recycling device (25) is designed as an exchangeable constructional unit, which can be exchanged for a catchbox.

摘要: A paper-separating device for prefolded continuous paper (12) which is drawn from a stockpile (11) a paper-transport device (44) and is fed to a printer, in particular a non-mechanical printer or photocopier includes a swivellable first deflecting element (32) is arranged between the paper-transport device (44) and the stockpile (11) and a second deflecting element (34) is arranged in stationary fashion in the swivel area of the first deflecting element (32). In a swivelled position of the first deflecting element (32), the paper web can be inserted into the paper-transport device of the printer. By swivelling the first deflecting element (32) into an operational position, the deflecting element grips the paper web (12) on one side and places it in the area of the second deflecting element (34).

摘要: The corotron wire of a corotron device is introduced with a retainer element, such as in a printer or copier. At least one corotron wire is held by the retainer element and the carrier material for a latent image residing there opposite is conducted past the corotron wire. The carrier material and the corotron wire lie in planes arranged substantially parallel to one another. The retainer element lies on bearings at at least two bearing points, the bearings being rigidly connected to the guide element and pressed onto the bearings with a spring power. A method is also provided for introducing the corotron wire of a corotron device with assistance of the retainer element.

摘要: A paper feed device for feeding continuous stationery (12), provided with lateral perforations, into the transport elements (44) of a transfer station (17) of a non-mechanical printing device, in which paper feed device the transfer station (17) has in the transport direction of the continuous stationery paper transport belts (44) which are motor-driven both on the input and on the output side and engage in the lateral perforation of the continuous stationery (12), and a paper brake (31), which can be actuated when required, is arranged upstream of the input-side transport elements (47) in the transport direction. A switch device (D, C) is provided to feed the continuous stationery accurately after the continuous stationery (12) has been deposited in the output-side paper transport elements (48), which switch device drives the output-side paper transport elements (48) at least for a predeterminable feed time when the paper brake (31) is activated.

摘要: An apparatus with an arrangement for connecting individual fanfolded stacks of prefolded continuous form paper to produce a continuous web to feed to a fast printer characterized by a longitudinally extending transfer plane or table comprising a work region which is adjacent the printer and a supply region spaced from the work region by a transversely extending gap which receives the free edge of the bottom sheet of a stack as the stack is moved across the gap from the supply region to the work region. After movement into the working region, the bottom sheet is in a trailing exposed position that enables connecting to the top sheet of the next following stack by the connecting arrangement.
