A communication system communication system includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter inverts multiple bits of first transmission data, serializes the first transmission data to generate second transmission data, and provides the second transmission data to communication channels, in response to an error signal. The receiver inverts multiple bits of first reception data provided from the communication channels, parallelizes the first reception data to generate second reception data, and generates the error signal based on the second reception data, in response to the error signal.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to technology for manufacturing electrical steel sheets having excellent magnetic properties through the control of a hot-rolled texture using the phase transformation of steel. More particularly, it relates to a non-oriented electrical steel sheet that has reduced iron loss and increased magnetic flux density by controlling alloy component elements and optimizing hot-rolling conditions, even though hot-rolled sheet annealing is not carried out, as well as a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the invention provides a non-oriented electrical steel sheet which has excellent magnetic properties while hot-rolled sheet annealing can be omitted, the steel sheet being comprised of 0.005 wt % or less of C, 1.0-3.0 w % of Si, 0.1-2.0 wt % of Mn, 0.1 wt % or less of P, 0.1-1.5 wt % of Al, and a remainder of Fe and other inevitable impurities, in which the relationship between the elements Mn and Al satisfies an equation of −0.2
Abstract:
Example embodiments are directed to an apparatus and method for measuring a pulse width. A side-band signal generator may be configured to receive a given data pattern and output a side-band signal by modulating a pulse width of the received data pattern in a test mode. A phase detector may be configured to receive the side-band signal and a reference clock signal, and output a pulse signal corresponding to a phase difference between the received side-band signal and the reference clock signal. A charge pump may be configured to receive the pulse signal and output an output voltage by increasing or decreasing the output voltage based on the pulse signal. A pulse width measurer may be configured to receive the output voltage of the charge pump and determine whether pulses forming the side-band signal have appropriate widths based on whether the output voltage is included in a desired reference voltage range.
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a high silicon grain-oriented electrical steel sheet. In a method for manufacturing a high silicon grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, comprising the steps of: reheating and hot-rolling a steel slab to produce a hot-rolled steel sheet; annealing the hot-rolled sheet and cold rolling the annealed steel sheet so as to adjust a thickness of the steel sheet; decarburization annealing the cold rolled steel sheet; and finish-annealing the decarburization annealed steel sheet for secondary recrystallization, the improved method further comprising the step of: coating a powder coating agent for siliconization on a surface of the decarburization annealed steel sheet in a slurry state, the powder coating agent including 100 part by weight of MgO powder and 0.5-120 part by weight of sintered powder of Fe—Si compound containing 25-70 wt % Si sintered powder, the sintered powder having a grain size of −325 mesh; drying the resultant decarburization annealed steel sheet; and finish annealing the steel sheet under a conventional condition.

Abstract:
A semiconductor device for detecting and compensating for a propagation delay of a tri-state bidirectional bus connected between a master block and a plurality of slave blocks. The master block controls the slave blocks. A bidirectional bus connects the master block and each of the slave blocks and accommodates transmission of data therebetween. A unidirectional bus is connected between the master block and each of the slave blocks. The unidirectional bus accommodates the transmission of control signals generated in the master block to the slave blocks wherein the master block detects a propagation delay time between the master block and the slave blocks. The master block counts the number of clocks from a time when a selected slave block transmits an allocated symbol to a time when the allocated symbol reaches the master block such that a propagation delay time between the master block and the selected slave block is detected and stored.
