    摘要: The camera body includes an imaging element, a hot shoe, an internal light source, and a camera controller. The camera controller is configured to calculate an evaluation value on the basis of the image data produced by the imaging element, and perform video autofocusing on the basis of the evaluation value. When the camera controller decides that the auxiliary light is needed, and that the flash device mounted to the hot shoe has an external auxiliary light source arranged to emit near infrared light, the internal light source emits light during the video autofocusing.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, a computer system comprises a first memory that stores a first program, a second memory that stores a second program or data, a processor, a first and a second power control circuits. The first power control circuit causes the first memory to operate at a first power consumption when detecting change of an input signal to the processor, and causes the first memory to operate at a second power consumption smaller than the first power consumption and transmits a temporary halt instruction to the processor when the execution of the first program or the second program by the processor is completed. The second power control circuit causes the second memory to operate at a third power consumption before the processor executes the second program, reads or writes the data. The second memory accepts read and write operations while operating at the third power consumption.

    摘要: The camera body includes an imaging element, a hot shoe, an internal light source, and a camera controller. The imaging element is configured to convert an optical image of the subject into an electrical signal, and is configured to produce image data for the subject. The hot shoe allows the flash device to be mounted. The internal light source is arranged to shine light on the subject. The camera controller is configured to calculate an evaluation value on the basis of the image data produced by the imaging element, and is configured to perform video autofocusing on the basis of the evaluation value. The camera controller controls the imaging element and the internal light source so that when the camera controller decides that the auxiliary light is needed, and the camera controller decides that the flash device mounted to the hot shoe has an external auxiliary light source arranged to emit near infrared light, the internal light source emits light during the video autofocusing and the image data is acquired.

    摘要: A recess is formed in a land (2) of an LED reflecting plate (1) formed of a metal plate. The recess comprises a flat LED chip mounting portion (7) and a reflecting portion (8) inclined with respect to the LED chip mounting portion (7). The LED reflecting plate (1) is mounted on a printed wiring board (25) such that the land (2) is fitted in a first through hole (18). An LED chip (27) mounted on the LED chip mounting portion (7) is connected to a terminal portion (22) formed on the printed wiring board (25). The printed wiring board (25) is diced along a third through hole (19) to form an LED device (30) as one unit. With this arrangement, heat radiation properties and reflecting efficiency of the LED device (30) can be improved, and the manufacturing cost can be decreased.

    摘要: In a data transfer scheme using a caching technique and/or a compression technique which is capable of reducing the network load of a network connecting between data transfer devices, correspondences between data and their names are registered at the data transfer devices and the corresponding names are transferred, instead of transferring the data, for those data for which the correspondences are registered, so that it is possible to reduce the amount of transfer data among the data transfer devices. Even when the name corresponding to the data is not registered so that it is impossible to transfer the corresponding name instead of transferring the data, it is possible to reduce the amount of transfer data among the data transfer devices by transferring the compressed data in which this data is expressed in a compressed form by utilizing the name corresponding to the registered reference data.

The plurality of resource bidders are respectively provided for a plurality of application programs, each of which consumes and/or supplies resources. Each of the resource bidders calculates a current bid price for each of the resources to be supplied or consumed by the associated application program within a unit time to generate current bidding information about the current bid price. The bid manager performs an allocation process to allocate the resources to the application programs through a bidding process based on the current bidding information generated by each of the resource bidders. The repetition controller controls the bid manager to repeat the allocation process until a bidding stop condition is satisfied within the unit time.

A piston assembly includes a piston body having a top land portion and a ring groove on its periphery, and a piston ring having a U-shaped cross section including upper and lower leg portions and a base portion connecting the leg portions, and attached to the top land portion. Axial length from boundary of the base portion of the piston ring and the upper leg portion to a lower surface of the lower leg portion is larger than that from an upper surface of the top land portion to lower surface of the ring groove fitting the lower leg portion. Alternatively, axial grooves are on a thrust side of the top land portion, or a V-shaped annular groove is in a second land portion.
