摘要: Arrangement of an internal component (not shown) arranged in the vicinity of the top side is different from that of the hinge side of an image element protective screen (2). An actuator (5) is fixed to the top side of the image element protective screen (2) and an actuator (4) is fixed to the hinge side of the image element protective screen (2). Since Arrangement of the internal component in the vicinity of the actuator is different, different sound pressure frequency characteristics or the like are experienced when each actuator is driven independently. When the actuators (4, 5) are driven simultaneously, sound pressure frequency characteristics and vibration frequency characteristics can be flattened. Isolation between the vibration speed of a vibrator near one actuator and the vibration speed of a vibrator in the region near the other actuator that are produced by respective actuators is set at 10 dB or above.

摘要: A relay device using a conductive fluid and having excellent switching response is provided. This relay device mainly comprises a laminate having an interior space, and formed by bonding a semiconductor substrate to an insulating substrate, at least two contacts exposed to the interior space, a diaphragm portion facing the interior space, a conductive fluid sealed in the interior space, and an actuator for elastically deforming the diaphragm portion. By forming the diaphragm portion on the semiconductor substrate, it is possible to reduce a driving force of the actuator needed to elastically deform the diaphragm portion, and obtain a volume change of the interior space with good response. This volume change causes a positional displacement of the conductive fluid in the interior space, thereby forming a conductive state or a non-conductive sate between the contacts.

摘要: In an intermittent receiving apparatus (10) for intermittently receiving a carrier signal having a carrier frequency (f.sub.R) and carrying data as an intermittent received carrier signal so as to alternate between a reception state for a reception time interval (T.sub.R) and a nonreception state for a nonreception time interval (T.sub.NR), an oscillation circuit (16) oscillates a reference signal having a reference frequency (f.sub.REF) equal to the reproduced clock frequency (F.sub.BTR). A clock supply circuit (20) intermittently supplies an output clock signal for a predetermined time duration including the reception time interval to a clock reproduction circuit (15) on the basis of the reference signal.

摘要: A transmitter includes a phase-locked loop (PLL) circuit whose output is frequency modulated with a modulation signal. The modulated signal is amplified by an amplifier which is turned on only during a signal transmission of the transmitter. At a time when the amplifier is turned, the output frequency of PLL circuit fluctuates. To depress this frequency fluctuation, the transmitter includes a frequency fluctuation depressing (FFD) circuit. Upon the turning-on of the amplifier, FFD circuit applies a voltage change to the modulation signal so that the frequency fluctuation is depressed.

摘要: A radio transceiver having a plurality of switching means such that the reception sensitivity and transmission level of the transceiver can be changed. An antenna switching circuit selectively couples the transmitter or receiver to the antenna in response to a transmit or receive mode. A first switch connects the antenna switching circuit to one of a plurality of different potential levels to control the switching of the antenna switching circuit. First and second potential levels are used to achieve first and second receive modes having different receive sensitivities, and a third potential level is used to achieve a transmit mode. A second switch selectively activates one of a first transmitter circuit providing transmission signals, a second transmitter circuit providing reduced transmission signals, and a receiver. A control circuit controls the switching of the first and second switch.
