摘要: A display device of the present disclosure is a display device capable of outputting, by a Carousel method, a visible light communication signal including a plurality of signal units. The display device includes a display panel that displays a video signal, a visible light communication processor that encodes the signal units, divides the encoded signal units into a plurality of blocks, generates a plurality of transmission frames by using the plurality of blocks, and uses the generated transmission frames as a backlight control signal, and a backlight that illuminates the display panel from the back surface of the display panel based on the backlight control signal. With regard to the plurality of transmission frames corresponding to one of the signal units generated by the visible light communication processor, an order of the plurality of blocks is different between at least two of the transmission frames.

摘要: A vision system for a vehicle towing a trailer includes a camera disposed at a rear portion of the trailer and viewing rearward of the trailer. A trailer antenna is disposed at the trailer and in data communication with the camera, and a vehicle antenna is disposed at the vehicle and in data communication with a control unit disposed at the vehicle. The trailer antenna is operable to transmit signals representative of image data captured by the camera toward a road surface along which the vehicle and trailer are traveling so that the transmitted signals reflect off of the road surface and toward the vehicle antenna disposed at the vehicle. The vehicle antenna receives the reflected RF signals and communicates data to the control unit that are representative of the received reflected signals.

摘要: Venue-based data including video from cameras located at a sports venue can be provided to hand held devices authorized by at least one casino. A casino patron's hand held device can enable to view sporting events provided to a hand held device from a server and placement of wagers with the server. Venue-based data including video and statistics are received from server including camera views captured as video by at least one camera located within at least one sports venue. Venue-based data is processed at server for display on a display associated with at least one hand held device operating within a casino. Venue-based data is displayed on hand held devices, enabling casino patrons to view event video. Portable devices can be authorized only when moving about a casino. Casino patrons can also gamble using said hand held device while viewing selected sporting events within the casino.

摘要: A method for adjusting video quality based on a network environment is provided. The method includes receiving a target frame serial number of a lost video frame from a terminal device, and using a time when the target frame serial number is received as a timestamp of the target frame serial number; determining a number of target frame serial numbers corresponding to timestamps within a predefined time period; decreasing a designated image quality parameter according to a predefined configuration when the number of target frame serial numbers is greater than a first threshold; and increasing the designated image quality parameter according to the predefined configuration when the number of target frame serial numbers is less than a second threshold. The first threshold is greater than the second threshold.

摘要: In a method for transmitting video for a display panel between a transmitter in electronic communication with a receiver over a wireless communication channel, the method includes: receiving, by a transmitter, a data signal from a data source; receiving, by the transmitter, a return signal from a receiver; selecting, by the transmitter based on at least one of channel quality, video quality, codec requirements, or data rate requirements, a profile from among a plurality of profiles each comprising one or more parameters for transmitting the data signal to the receiver, the plurality of profiles comprising one or more profiles corresponding to transmission of uncompressed video data and one or more profiles corresponding to transmission of compressed video data; and transmitting, by the transmitter, the data signal to the receiver according to the selected profile for display on the display panel.

A system for communication over an 802.15.4 network includes a sensor for obtaining data, the size of the data being at least an order of magnitude greater than the size of an 802.15.4 packet, a first 802.15.4 modem coupled to the sensor, a buffer for temporarily storing the data to allow transmission of portions of the data; the buffer being coupled to the sensor, a coordinator coupled to the sensor, the coordinator being capable of communicating with a computer, and a second 802.15.4 modem coupled to the coordinator.
