    摘要: This invention relates to the auxiliary equipment for kitchen hood with the purpose of preventing the cooking odors and oil from spreading out the kitchen. The auxiliary equipment includes a rectangular frame designed in module type, curtains, and brackets to fix the auxiliary equipment to a kitchen hood. The frame includes four frame modules assembled together with curtain rollers having curtains fitted inside the frame modules. The curtain rollers rotate to raise or lower the curtains simultaneously. When the curtains are lowered a temporary enclosure is provided. The curtains are made of transparent material to prevent cooking odors and cooking oil from escaping the enclosure. The curtains are provided with fire-proof footage to keep the curtains safe. Small slits are provided on the curtains to help the cook to easily observe and handle food being cooked within the enclosure.

    摘要: An exhaust device has a fan plenum with a fan and a jet plenum having a generally planar shape with one or more jet openings on a distal end thereof configured to create a planar jet. The jet plenum is movably attached at a proximal end thereof to the fan plenum to permit sliding movement of the jet plenum relative to the fan plenum. The fan plenum and the jet plenum each have a respective flow-transfer opening that overlaps the opening of the other, the respective openings being shaped and arranged to remain overlapped in all positions to which the jet plenum is moved relative to the fan plenum such that an interior of the fan plenum and the jet plenum remain in fluid communication to allow air to flow from the fan to flow from the fan plenum to the jet plenum.

    摘要: Examples are disclosed that relate to cooking systems with internal ventilation systems. One example provides a cooking system comprising a ventilation duct. The ventilation duct comprises an inlet aperture configured to receive cooking exhaust. An ozone generator is configured to dispense ozone gas into the ventilation duct. The cooking system further comprises a fan disposed within the ventilation duct, the fan being configured to pull the cooking exhaust and the ozone through the inlet aperture and the ventilation duct. The cooking system further comprises a particulate removal system positioned within the ventilation duct between the inlet aperture and the fan. One or more cold catalysts are positioned downstream of the particulate removal system. The one or more cold catalysts are configured to catalytically decompose at least some residual ozone.

    摘要: A combined ventilation and microwave oven system includes an external enclosure with a top portion defining recirculation vent outlets, a cooling air inlet, a cooling air outlet, and an outside vent outlet, first and second side portions, and a bottom portion defining a vent inlet. The vent inlet is connected with the recirculation vent outlets and the outside vent outlet via airflow pathways. A hood assembly is disposed within the external enclosure and includes a first hood fan disposed between the cooking cavity and the first side portion and a second hood fan disposed between the cooking cavity and the second side portion. The hood assembly is configured to direct air through the vent inlet and through an interior of the external enclosure. A cooling fan is disposed between the cooking cavity and the second side portion to direct air through the cooling air inlet and the cooling air outlet.
