摘要: A fuel-cell vehicle includes a fuel cell, a secondary battery, a drive motor that is supplied with electric power from the fuel cell and the secondary battery, and a controller that controls electric power which is supplied from the fuel cell and the secondary battery to the drive motor. The controller is configured to charge the secondary battery such that a state of charge of the secondary battery is maintained in a predetermined range when it is predicted that the fuel-cell vehicle is to travel on an uphill road and to supply at least a part of the electric power, which is supplied to the drive motor when the fuel-cell vehicle travels on the uphill road, from the secondary battery.

摘要: A control device for an electric vehicle equipped with a drive motor and a fuel cell includes a control output setter, a motor controller, and a fuel cell controller. The control output setter is configured to set a target value of an output of the drive motor based on a request command value. The motor controller is configured to control an output of the drive motor based on the target value using an electric power from a secondary battery as a power source. The fuel cell controller is configured to control the supply of a generated power by activating the fuel cell when the remaining capacity of the secondary battery decreases or an output of the secondary battery is insufficient. The control output setter decreases an allowable maximum value of the output of the drive motor when the remaining capacity can be decreased even after the fuel cell is activated.

摘要: A system and method for management of an energy storage system for a vehicle is disclosed. The energy storage system may comprise a battery system for a vehicle such as an electric vehicle or hybrid-electric vehicle. Vehicles may be in a group or fleet. The management system may be configured to use data and information available from data sources over a network or by instrumentation/sensors for vehicle systems. Data and information could be used in a system to manage the configuration and operation of the energy storage system and components, manage/control inventory and use/life-cycle of components, and/or aggregated/analyzed in analytics function for systems and components. Predictive control of the battery system may be implemented through a management system using data sources external to the vehicle. Inventive concepts and features of the systems and methods are indicated in the specification and FIGURES.

摘要: A power conditioning system includes a fuel cell connected to a load, a fuel cell converter connected between the fuel cell and the load and converting an output voltage of the fuel cell at a predetermined required voltage ratio, a battery connected to the load in parallel to the fuel cell and serving as a power supply source different from the fuel cell, and a battery converter connected between the battery and the load and converting an output voltage of the battery at a predetermined required voltage ratio. The power conditioning system includes a current bypass path configured to couple the fuel cell and the load while bypassing the fuel cell converter, an alternating-current voltage application unit configured to apply an alternating-current voltage signal to an output side of the fuel cell converter, and an internal state estimation unit configured to estimate an internal state of the fuel cell on the basis of a predetermined physical quantity when the alternating-current voltage signal was applied by the alternating-current voltage application unit.

摘要: An output performance recovering device for a fuel cell includes: a diagnosis unit configured to determine whether it is necessary to recover a catalyst of a fuel cell mounted as a power source for traveling in a vehicle from short-term performance deterioration; a recovery unit configured to control a voltage of the fuel cell and to perform recovery processing for recovering the catalyst from the short-term performance deterioration; a calculation unit configured to calculate a parameter correlated with a predicted output value of the fuel cell which has been predicted to be output on a scheduled traveling route of the vehicle based on a gradient of the scheduled traveling route of the vehicle and a predicted vehicle speed of the vehicle on the scheduled traveling route; and a determination unit configured to determine whether the parameter indicates the predicted output value is greater than a first threshold value.
