    摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing molten metal has a stationary electric furnace, a raw material charging chute, and exhaust duct and a secondary combustion burner in the furnace top, and a shock generator. The raw material charging chute is in one end of the furnace in a width direction and an electric heating region is spaced from the raw material charging chute in the width direction. A raw material layer having a sloping surface extends downward from the one end of the furnace having the raw material charging chute toward the electric heating region, the sloping surface supporting a metal agglomerate raw material layer. The shock generator is provided at least partially within the raw material and extends to the sloping surface, to be in contact with the metal agglomerate raw material layer, and to mechanically overcome hanging of the metal agglomerate raw material layer on the sloping surface.

The workpiece conveyance region includes: an aligner device; a workpiece boat; a workpiece conveyance mechanism that conveys the workpieces from the carriers disposed on the second mounting tables to the workpiece boat via the aligner device; a heating unit; a magnetic field generating unit; and a transfer mechanism that transfers the workpieces held by the workpiece boat into the magnetic field generating unit.

    摘要: A rotary charging device for a shaft furnace comprising: a stationary housing (16) and a suspension rotor (22) that is supported so that it can rotate about a substantially vertical axis (A), a charge distributor (28) being pivotally suspended to the suspension rotor (22). Rotary drive means are provided for rotating the suspension rotor about its axis (A) and tilting drive means for pivoting the charge distributor (28) about a substantially horizontal pivoting axis (B), independently from said rotary drive means. The tilting drive means are mounted onto the suspension rotor (22) and rotate therewith; they comprise: an electric tilting motor (MB) is installed inside the main casing (36) and having a substantially horizontal output shaft (52); a tilting input gear (54) driven by the tilting motor output shaft; and a tilting output gear (56) rotationally integral with a suspension arm (34) of said chute distributor (28), said tilting input gear meshing with said tilting output gear.

    摘要: A cold crucible induction melter includes an induction coil and a melting furnace. The induction coil serves as a water cooled segment to directly transmit an induced current to a molten material in the cold crucible induction melter (CCIM), improving energy efficiency. Simultaneously, the structure of the CCIM is simplified and enables a smooth discharge even when the molten material consists of a ceramic or a metal material with a high melting point. The cold crucible induction melter heats and melts waste using an induced current which is generated in a water cooled segment by a high frequency current that is applied to the induction coil. The water cooled segment and the induction coil are disposed in a vertical direction so that the induced current that is generated by the induction coil is directly transmitted to the molten material.

    摘要: A glass substrate transfer system and a robot arm thereof are provided. The robot arm includes: a substrate fork, a moving assembly and a vacuum chuck. The substrate fork is for taking a glass substrate. The moving assembly is connected with the substrate fork and for making the substrate fork to be moved in a working space. The vacuum chuck is disposed on the substrate fork and for sucking the glass substrate. The vacuum chuck is formed with a fluid path, and the fluid path is contained with a cooling fluid to dissipate heat of the vacuum chuck. The glass substrate transfer system and its robot arm provided by the present invention cool the vacuum chuck in time and thus can avoid affecting the product quality caused by the vacuum chuck being overheated, and the product yield is improved.
