H1=−459+79.8Si−10.2Mn−8.16Ni+48.0Cr−13.2Cu+623(C+N).

摘要: A high-strength seamless steel pipe for oil country tubular goods comprising, by mass %, C: 0.20% to 0.50%, Si: 0.05% to 0.40%, Mn: 0.3% to 0.9%, P: 0.015% or less, S: 0.005% or less, Al: 0.005% to 0.1%, N: 0.006% or less, Mo: more than 1.0% to 3.0% or less, V: 0.01% to less than 0.05%, Nb: 0.001% to less than 0.01%, B: 0.0003% to 0.0030%, O: 0.0030% or less, and Ti: 0.003% to 0.025%, and wherein Ti/N: 2.0 to 5.0 is satisfied, a volume fraction of a tempered martensitic is 95% or more, prior austenite grains have a grain size number of 8.5 or more, and in a cross-section perpendicular to a rolling direction, the number of nitride-based inclusions having a grain size of 4 μm or more is 100 or less per 100 mm2, the number of nitride-based inclusions having a grain size of less than 4 μm is 1000 or less per 100 mm2, the number of oxide-based inclusions having a grain size of 4 μm or more is 40 or less per 100 mm2, and the number of oxide-based inclusions having a grain size of less than 4 μm is 400 or less per 100 mm2.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed and formulations and methods to provide alloys having relative high strength and ductility. The alloys may be provided in seamless tubular form and characterized by their particular alloy chemistries and identifiable crystalline grain size morphology. The alloys are such that they include boride pinning phases. In what is termed a Class 1 Steel the alloys indicate tensile strengths of 700 MPa to 1400 MPa and elongations of 10-70%. Class 2 Steel indicates tensile strengths of 800 MPa to 1800 MPa and elongations of 5-65%. Class 3 Steel indicates tensile strengths of 1000 MPa to 2000 MPa and elongations of 0.5-15%.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a sliding camshaft for an internal combustion engine includes providing the sliding camshaft from a steel alloy having a carbon content between 0.25% and 0.60%. The sliding camshaft is then processed with a carbon infusing heat treatment process, such as carburization or carbonitriding. After the sliding camshaft has been processed with the carbon infusing heat treatment process, the sliding camshaft is then processed with a quenching heat treatment process, such as a mar-quenching heat treatment process.

摘要: An apparatus line for manufacturing seamless steel pipes and tubes includes: a heating apparatus for heating a steel raw material; a piercing apparatus for piercing the heated steel raw material thus forming a hollow material; and a rolling apparatus for applying working to the hollow material to form a seamless steel pipe having a predetermined shape. A cooling apparatus is arranged on an exit side of the rolling apparatus. A heated steel raw material is worked by the rolling apparatus after being pierced by the piercing apparatus, and thereafter, using a surface temperature of a hollow piece before being cooled by the cooling apparatus as a cooling start temperature, the hollow piece is cooled to a cooling stop temperature differing by 50° C. or more from the cooling start temperature and being equal to or above 600° C. at an average cooling speed of 1.0° C./s or more in terms of an outer surface temperature.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a plate, a band, or a coil of hot-rolled steel is provided. The method includes providing an ingot or a slab of steel with a desired composition and a microstructure composed of austenite and 35 to 65% ferrite by volume and hot rolling the ingot or slab at a temperature between 1150 and 1280° C. to obtain a plate, a band or a coil. A method for manufacturing a hot-rolled bar or wire of steel, a steel profile and a forged steel piece are also provided.

The thick-wall oil-well steel pipe has a composition containing, in mass %, C: 0.40 to 0.65%, Si: 0.05 to 0.50%, Mn: 0.10 to 1.0%, P: 0.020% or less, S: 0.0020% or less, sol. Al: 0.005 to 0.10%, Cr more than 0.40 to 2.0%, Mo: more than 1.15 to 5.0%, Cu: 0.50% or less, Ni: 0.50% or less, N: 0.007% or less, and O: 0.005% or less. The number of carbide which has a circle equivalent diameter of 100 nm or more and contains 20 mass % or more of Mo is 2 or less per 100 mm2. The thick-wall oil-well steel pipe has yield strength of 827 MPa or more. A difference between a maximum value and a minimum value of the yield strength in the wall-thickness direction is 45 MPa or less.

摘要: There is provided a steel for solid oxide fuel cells which contains Zr and has a composition balance which allows a thin plate to stably obtain excellent oxidation resistance. The steel for solid oxide fuel cells contains more than 0 and not more than 0.05 mass % of C, 0.05 mass % or less of N, 0.01 mass % or less of O, 0.2 mass % or less of Al, 0.15 mass % or less of Si, 0.1 to 1.0 mass % of Mn, 20.0 to 25.0 mass % of Cr, more than 0 mass % and not more than 1.0 mass % of Ni, 0.02 to 0.12 mass % of La, 0.1 to 0.5 mass % of Zr, 0.15 to 0.5 mass % of La+Zr, and Fe and impurities as a remainder.
