Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, during an accumulation period, a plurality of transmit power control (TPC) commands that are based at least in part on one or more sidelink communications transmitted by the UE. The UE may determine a transmit power adjustment for the UE based at least in part on the plurality of TPC commands. The UE may selectively adjust a transmit power of the UE based at least in part on the transmit power adjustment. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to sidelink communications in a TDD system are provided. A first user equipment (UE) may receive from a base station (BS), a time-division-duplexing (TDD) configuration. The first UE may select a first TDD configuration from a set of configured TDD configurations based on the TDD configuration. Additionally, the first UE may transmit to a second UE, an indication of the first TDD configuration. The first and the second UEs may communicate a sidelink communication based on the first TDD configuration. Other features are also claimed and described.

Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a method of wireless communication performed by a first pedestrian user equipment (PUE) includes performing a ranging operation to a set of UEs, the set including at least a second PUE, and providing ranging data to a third entity, the third entity comprising a vehicle user equipment (VUE) or a road-side unit (RSU). The set of UEs may be randomly selected or selected using a selection algorithm. The set of UEs may be selected by the PUE or by the third entity. The ranging data may include the location of the first PUE, and may include a report on the battery status of the first PUE. The third entity may use the ranging data to update estimated positions of the first PUE and the set of UEs.

Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating beam-based sequence spaces for synchronization signals are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication for a first device includes selecting a subset of synchronization signal block (SSB) occasions including SSB occasions within an SSB period, and wherein the subset of SSB occasions is associated with a pairing of a primary synchronization signal (PSS) and a secondary synchronization signal (SSS). The example method also includes transmitting an SSB using at least one SSB occasion from the subset of SSB occasions. An example method for wireless communication for a user equipment (UE) includes selecting a synchronization signal pairing associated with a pairing of a PSS and a SSS, wherein the synchronization signal pairing maps to a subset of SSB occasions including SSB occasions within an SSB period, and also includes monitoring for an SSB at each SSB occasion from the subset of SSB occasions.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE), e.g., such as a pedestrian UE (PUE), may detect, during a first transmission period of a discontinuous transmission cycle, a transmission over a sidelink channel from a second UE that is located within a threshold distance from the first UE, the first UE associated with a first identifier. The first UE may determine, based at least in part on the transmission, a second identifier associated with the second UE, the second identifier being different from the first identifier. The first UE may use, based at least in part on the second UE being within the threshold distance, the first identifier and the second identifier during one or more subsequent transmission periods of the discontinuous transmission cycle.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which a receiving device, such as a receiving user equipment (UE) or vehicle, may provide channel state information (CSI) in which two or more parameters associated with the CSI are provided in a single joint indication. A transmitting device may transmit one or more reference signals and the receiving device may perform one or more measurements on the received reference signal(s). Based on the one or more measurements, the receiving device may determine one or more CSI parameters, such as a rank indicator, channel quality indicator, precoding matrix indicator, or combinations thereof, that may be provided to the transmitting device in a joint indication.
