    摘要: A coolant flow guide for grinder includes a base including a tilted bottom wall having a predetermined tilt angle, a peripheral wall disposed around the tilted bottom wall and defining with the tilted bottom wall a diversion channel having a top opening and a partition wall located on the tilted bottom wall to divide the diversion channel into two flow passages that slope downwardly to the diversion port, and a workpiece positioning unit mounted on the base above the flow passages for holding a workpiece. Thus, when the grinder is operated to grind the workpiece, the debris thus produced is carried by the applied coolant to flow through the flow passages to the outside of the base via the diversion port.

    摘要: A device for the extraction of processing products includes a double-walled extraction hood, which has a first inner housing part and a second outer housing part arranged at a distance from the first inner housing part. The two housing parts are arranged coaxial with each other and partially within each other in such a way that an air channel is formed between the two housing parts. The air channel has a front end that can be aligned with the workpiece and a rear end opposite the front end. A flow directed from the front end to the rear end can be created in the air channel. The extraction hood, in particular the inner housing part of the extraction hood, is designed to accommodate at least part of the processing device and can be connected thereto.

    摘要: A foreign-substance discharge mechanism includes: a lubricating-liquid groove provided on a sliding surface of a wedge member and configured to receive a lubricating liquid; and a foreign-substance collector provided to the lubricating-liquid groove and configured to collect foreign substances existing in the lubricating-liquid groove. A first end and a second end of the lubricating-liquid groove are spaced apart from each other in a relative movement direction of the wedge member and the table bed. Disadvantages caused by the presence of the foreign substances between the sliding surfaces can be easily avoided by reliably collecting the foreign substances existing between the sliding surfaces using the lubricating-liquid groove and the foreign-substance collector.

    摘要: A method, combination, and system for removing loose impediments from a surface in a manufacturing setting. The surface may be where a widget is processed. As the widget is processed, loose impediments may fall onto the surface. The surface may be transported to a cleaning station where at least one nozzle directs a stream of fluid onto the surface to displace the loose impediments. A container may be provided adjacent to the surface to receive the loose impediments displaced from the surface. The at least one nozzle may continuously direct the stream of fluid onto to surface so long as the surface is present at the cleaning station. When the surface is no longer present at the cleaning station, the at least one nozzle may be deactivated.
