摘要： In certain exemplary embodiments, an air purifier comprises a housing defining an enclosure and having an air entrance and an air exit; a particulate filter; a NCCO filter material configured to adsorb and decompose at least one gaseous pollutant; an AOG configured to generate at least one oxidant; an oxidant remover configured to remove at least one oxidant; a fan unit configured to generate airflow from the air entrance to the air exit; wherein the particulate filter, the NCCO filter material, the AOG, the oxidant remover and the fan unit are positioned within the enclosure such that during operation, a flow of air passes from the air entrance to the air exit through the particulate filter and the NCCO filter material along a direction of the flow of air. In certain embodiments, the air purifier may ensure safety to users while efficiency in removing contaminants can be greatly improved.

摘要： A multi-layer filter material for an interior air filter element of an air conditioning system of a vehicle may include an active layer having a plurality of non-impregnated activated carbon particles, an impregnation layer having a plurality of impregnated activated carbon particles, and an ion exchange layer having a plurality of ion exchanger particles. The active layer may be arranged between the ion exchange layer and the impregnation layer. The active layer may further include a first ash content and the impregnation layer may further include a second ash content. The first ash content in the active layer may be less than the second ash content in the impregnation layer.

摘要： An onboard aircraft inerting system includes an apparatus and method for regenerating an activated carbon media of a filter module while the aircraft is in flight. In regeneration mode, the activated carbon media is heated to a temperature sufficient to desorb the VOC contaminants adsorbed thereon and the air stream passing through the filter module is at a pressure lower than the air pressure of the air stream passing through the filter in normal inerting mode.
