Abstract: The present disclosure provides for centralized, scheduler-based handling for UEs which transmit data to and receive data from a maneuver coordinator based on V2X communication. Once a UE is aware of the maneuver coordinator, the UE may send a request to the maneuver coordinator for maneuver operation scheduling. The maneuver coordinator then schedules and coordinates the UE's operation.

Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to transmitting, to at least one base station, at least one indication of a capability to simultaneously transmit using two different radio access technology (RAT) sidelinks over respective frequency bands. An indication of resources, corresponding to a first RAT sidelink of the two different RAT sidelinks, to exclude in assigning first resources, corresponding to a first RAT sidelink of the two different RAT sidelinks, can also be transmitted to the at least one base station or a second base station. One or more resource grants assigning at least one of the first resources for transmitting using the first RAT sidelink of the two different RAT sidelinks or second resources for transmitting using the second RAT sidelink of the two different RAT sidelinks can be received from the at least one base station or the second base station.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine whether a peer-to-peer (P2P) communication is to be relayed based at least in part on a location of the UE and a range requirement associated with the P2P communication; and transmit the P2P communication, wherein the P2P communication includes an indication of whether the P2P communication is to be relayed. In some aspects, a UE may receive the P2P communication; determine whether to relay the P2P communication based at least in part on the indication and at least one of: a location of the UE, or a UE identifier, included in the P2P communication, that identifies the UE and is associated with a request for the UE to relay the P2P communication; and selectively relay the P2P communication based at least in part on determining whether to relay the P2P communication.

Abstract: Described are methods for interference detection and management in a millimeter wave communications system. A V2X communications system may support interference management procedures that comprise scheduling a system wide training interval in a transmission timeslot, suspending traffic transmissions on a link in the communications system during the training interval to perform training on the link, and resuming traffic transmissions on the link if interference is not detected during the training interval. Interference management procedures may also include receiving at a node, unique parameters transmitted from another node in a communication system during a discovery stage, determining whether interference will occur at the node based on the received unique parameters, and suspending transmissions to and from the node if it is determined interference will occur at the node.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for wireless communication are provided. The apparatus may be a user equipment (UE) integrated within a vehicle. In some aspects, the UE may receive sidelink control information (SCI) including at least one scheduling assignment and priority information. The UE may further select a transmission resource for transmission of data from a set of transmission resources based on one or both of the at least one scheduling assignment or the priority information. Additionally, the UE may transmit the data on the selected transmission resource. In some aspects, a UE may determine whether a priority level of data satisfies a priority level threshold. Abstract: Various features described herein relate to DM-RS design for a control channel and a data channel that maybe used for vehicular communications. In an aspect, a UE may determine a base DM-RS sequence associated with a control channel for V2V communication. The UE may further determine a DM-RS sequence based on the base DM-RS sequence and an identity of the UE, and transmit a plurality of DM-RS symbols within the control channel in a subframe using the DM-RS sequence. In another aspect, a UE may generate a plurality of DM-RS sequences, each DM-RS sequence maybe generated for a corresponding DM-RS symbol of a plurality of DM-RS symbols associated with a data channel for V2V communication based on a DM-RS symbol number of the corresponding DM-RS symbol. The UE may transmit the plurality of DM-RS symbols within the data channel in a subframe using the plurality of DM-RS sequences.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a solution to this problem by enabling the communications network to verify the relationship of the first UE and the second UE based on stored pairing information that is used to verify that the first UE is allowed to make a connection to the communications network. The apparatus transmits a pairing request from a first UE to a second UE. In an aspect, the pairing request is intended for a communication network. Further, the apparatus receives a pairing acknowledgement. In an aspect, the pairing acknowledgement verifies the pairing of the first UE and the second UE. In addition, the apparatus connects to the communication network via the second UE once the first UE pairs with the second UE.

Abstract: During device-to-device communication between two devices, a communication transmitted from a first UE to a second UE may not be reliably received by the second UE if the first UE is traveling at high speed. Therefore, a travel speed of a transmitting UE may be considered in determining a transmission configuration. According to an aspect, the UE may determine a travel speed of the UE. The UE may determine, based on the travel speed of the UE, a transmission configuration of the UE for device-to-device communication. The UE may transmit the device-to-device communication based on the transmission configuration.
