Abstract: The touch display panel drive circuit provided by the present invention comprises a data line drive unit, a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines, and a junction of two adjacent gate lines and two adjacent data lines forms a pixel region, and a pixel switch is located inside the pixel region; the touch display panel drive circuit further comprises a data line switch between the data line and the data line drive unit; as the data line drive unit does not output the data signal, an output of the data line switch is a high-impedance state, and the data line drive unit is disconnected with the pixel switch. The present invention can prevent the error reading phenomenon generated by the transistor leakage, and can enhance the display brightness and the stability of the display image, and promote the display effect of the touch display panel.

Abstract: The present invention provides a mold-frame-free liquid crystal display device and an assembly method thereof, in which a lower surface of a liquid crystal display panel (2) is provided with a first double-sized adhesive tape (110) that circumferentially surrounds an effective display area (21) and an optical film assembly (15) is adhesively attached to the first double-sized adhesive tape (110) and a reflector plate (14) and a light guide plate (11) are sequentially disposed inside the terminal frame (4) and, finally, the liquid crystal display panel (2) that includes the optical film assembly (15) attached thereto and the terminal frame (4) with the reflector plate (14) and the light guide plate (11) disposed therein are assembled together, whereby a backlighting mold frame can be omitted, the cost can be reduced, and a bezel width of a liquid crystal display device can be effectively reduced to realize narrow bezel of the liquid crystal display device, increase product competition power, allow the backlight module to be assembled with the liquid crystal display panel and the terminal frame to increase the degree of integration of the liquid crystal display panel and improve accuracy of assembly.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a wire grid enhancement film for displaying backlit and the manufacturing method thereof. The method includes coating a photo-resist layer on a surface of a substrate, adopting a nano-imprinting process to form a nano-scale photo-resist grid on a photo-resist layer, and applying a curing process, and forming a metal film on the cured photo-resist grid. The photo-resist grid is manufactured by roll-to-roll nano-imprinting process. The metal films having cross sections of different shapes may be formed on the cured photo-resist grid. The manufacturing process is simple and the cost may be saved.

Abstract: The present invention provides a liquid crystal display panel. The array test circuit (200) comprises a test control unit including a N type thin film transistor and a P type thin film transistor, wherein one thin film transistor is employed to be the output thin film transistor, and the other thin film transistor is employed to be the voltage stabilization thin film transistor. When the liquid crystal display panel is in the normal display state, the test control signal (ATEN) controls the output thin film transistor to be deactivated and controls the voltage stabilization thin film transistor to be activated so that the voltage difference of the gate and the source of the output thin film transistor is zero. Thus, the leakages on the data lines in the active display area (100) are consistent.

Abstract: The present invention provides a demultiplex type display driving circuit, including: a plurality of drive units. Each drive unit comprises three demultiplex modules, and each demultiplex module includes two switch elements. The first switch element and the second switch element are controlled to be alternately on with the first branch control signal and the second branch control signal. The third branch control signal controls the two switch elements of the second and the third demultiplex modules to be alternately on to sequentially input the data signal to the first, the second, the third and the fourth data lines. Thus, division one to four of the data signal can be achieved with the three branch control signals. In comparison with prior art, the amount of the branch control signals is decreased, and meanwhile, the CMOS transmission gate is employed to be the switch element in the demultiplex modules.

Abstract: A display panel and the method of manufacturing the same, includes a first substrate disposed relatively to a second substrate, disposed above the first substrate. A black matrix, a poly silicon layer, a gate layer and a source drain layer disposed successively on the first substrate along direction facing the second substrate. The black matrix shelters the surrounding light which is incident from the first substrate onto the poly crystal layer, and the gate layer and the source-drain layer shelter the backlight which is incident from the second substrate onto the poly crystal layer. The manufacturing method of the display panel of the present invention could be simplified by the method described above.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a liquid crystal display panel and a display.
