Abstract: Systems and techniques are described for providing an enhanced vehicle-to-everything (V2X) see-though use case. For example, a method for wireless communication at a network entity may include receiving, at the network entity, sensor data from one or more devices, the sensor data comprising at least one of sensing measurements associated with one or more objects in an environment or information associated with a respective device of the one or more devices. The method may include generating, at the network entity, one or more advisory messages for one or more recipient vehicles based on at least a portion of the sensor data. The method may further include transmitting, from the network entity, the one or more advisory messages to the one or more recipient vehicles.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for licensed wireless in-vehicle network access based on emergency network access control. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) generally includes detecting a trigger event for an emergency network access procedure. The method also includes, in response to detecting the trigger event, transmitting a first message to a base station, the first message comprising a request to use one or more licensed bands for communication via a wireless in-vehicle network (wIVN). The method also includes receiving a second message from the base station, the second message granting the use of the one or more licensed bands for communication via the wIVN.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) that transmits sensor data to another UE may also send information about the associated sensor and its performance. For example, the UE may determine a set of rules that apply to a sensor. The set of rules may define an association between a group of performance values and a group of performance levels corresponding to one or more metrics of the sensor. The UE may identify a performance value from the group of performance values for the sensor based on a performance level of the sensor and the set of rules. After determining the performance value, the UE may transmit an indication of the set of in a first data frame of a message and an indication of the performance value in a second data frame of the message.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for prioritization of sidelink-based positioning transmissions. A first UE may receive a request to initiate a sidelink positioning session with a second UE for which a sidelink positioning transmission will overlap in a time domain with communication between the first UE and a base station over a Uu access link. The first UE may transmit the sidelink positioning transmission if a first priority level of the sidelink positioning transmission is higher than a second priority level of the communication over the Uu access link. The first UE may adjust transmission of the sidelink positioning transmission if the first priority level of the sidelink positioning transmission is not higher than the second priority level of the communication over the Uu access link.
