摘要: A method of testing a semiconductor package includes: forming a charge measurement unit over a carrier substrate; forming a first dielectric layer over the charge measurement unit; forming a first metallization layer over the dielectric layer, wherein the forming of the first metallization layer induces first charges to accumulate on the charge measurement unit; performing a first test against the charge measurement unit to determine whether breakdown occurs in the charge measurement unit; and in response to determining that no breakdown occurs in the charge measurement unit, forming a second dielectric layer over the first metallization layer.

摘要: Devices, systems, and methods for constant and reliable power distribution, using a redundant power bridge battery architecture, in autonomous vehicles are described. An example method includes determining that each of a plurality of sensors is operating within in a nominal range for the respective sensor, and distributing, based on the determining, power from at least one alternating current (AC) power source or at least one direct current (DC) power source to at least one power distribution unit (PDU), wherein a first power bridge is coupled to the at least one AC power source and the at least one DC power source and a second power bridge is coupled to the at least one DC power source and the at least one PDU, and wherein the plurality of sensors is used to monitor a health of the vehicle and any single point failure is detectable.

摘要: A touch panel, a method for testing the touch panel and a display device are provided. In order to test the touch panel, all touch electrodes are connected in series to obtain a branch during the testing phase, a test signal is inputted to the branch, and a feedback signal outputted by the branch is analyzed for determination. All the touch electrodes are isolated from each other during a phase rather than the testing phase. Therefore, whether a touch electrode is abnormal is determined by controlling all the touch electrodes to be connected in series during the testing phase and isolated from each other during the phase rather than the testing phase, to improve efficiency for testing a touch electrode and simplifying the process of testing the touch electrode.

摘要: A resistance measurement device for measuring sheet resistance of an electrically conductive film being long in one direction includes two probes disposed to face each other in spaced apart relation so as to allow the electrically conductive film to be interposed therebetween without contacting with the electrically conductive film; a scanning unit that allows the two probes to scan in a cross direction crossing the one direction; and an arithmetic unit that calculates a sheet resistance of the electrically conductive film based on a voltage measured by the two probes. The arithmetic unit includes a memory that memorizes a reference voltage measured by allowing the two probes to scan in the cross direction without interposing the electrically conductive film between the probes. The arithmetic unit corrects an actual voltage by allowing the two probes to scan in the cross direction with the electrically conductive film being interposed between the probes.

摘要: A system and method for measuring a capacitance value of a capacitor are provided. In embodiments, a resistor is coupled to a terminal of the capacitor. A difference in voltage at the terminal between a first time and a second time during a discharge routine of the capacitor is measured. The discharge routine includes sinking a current through a discharge circuit coupled to the resistor from first to second. Integration of a difference in voltage at terminals of the resistor during the discharge routine between the first and second times is also measured. The capacitance value is computed based on the measured difference in voltage, the measured integration, and the resistance value of the resistor. The health of the capacitor is determined based on a difference between the computed capacitance value and a threshold value.

摘要: A system and method for automated shutdown, disconnect, or power reduction of solar panels. A system of solar panels includes one or more master management units (MMUs) and one or more local management units (LMUs). The MMUs are in communication with the LMUs with the MMUs and LMUs “handshaking” when the system is in operation. The MMUs are connected to one or more controllers which in turn are connected to emergency detection sensors. Upon a sensor detection of an emergency, the associated MMU is notified which in turn instructs associated LMUs to take appropriate action. In the event that communication with the MMUs has been cut off, the LMUs take the initiative to shut down, disconnect, or reduce the output of associated string(s) of solar panels.
