Abstract: Approaches presented herein enable predictive conflict identification in a safety response system. More specifically, a likely intersection location of two or more flocks of people is determined based on predicted travel vectors of the flocks. Information about attributes of the people in each of the flocks is obtained to determine whether a potential conflict exists between the intersecting flocks. These flock attributes are analyzed, with attributes indicative of a potential conflict between the flocks being assigned a greater weight than attributes not indicative of a potential conflict. Based on the analysis, a conflict factor score is assigned to the intersection of the flocks. A security authority is then selectively informed by a generated notification, in the case that it is determined that the conflict factor meets or exceeds a predetermined security threshold, of the predicted intersection of the flocks.

Abstract: In an approach for estimating solar array power generation for an installation of a solar array, a processor determines a location of an installation of a solar array. A processor determines, over a course of a specified time interval, a path of traversal of a source of energy relative to the location of the installation of the solar array. A processor scans an area surrounding the solar array. A processor estimates, based, at least in part, on the path of traversal of the source of energy and the area surrounding the solar array, an amount of power to be generated by the solar array.

Abstract: A system and method for detecting obstructions. The system includes a camera coupled to a vehicle and configured to capture image data from a vehicle, and a computing device that includes a processor configured to: detect an edge of a roadway on which the vehicle is traveling; detect objects located proximate an edge of the roadway, based on the captured image data; determine a location of each detected object, based on the captured image data; calculate a distance between each detected object and the edge of the roadway; determine that at least one object of the detected objects is an obstruction, based on at least the calculated distance between each object of the at least one object and the edge of the roadway being below a threshold; and transmit a message to an external device, said message indicating the location of each detected object determined to be an obstruction.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for automated service management includes identifying a period of time to perform a service on a transporter, wherein the transporter is one of: a vehicle, an aircraft, a watercraft, or a rail based transportation. A first location within a vicinity of the transporter is identified, wherein the vicinity is based at least in part on a known location of the transporter. Abstract: Aspects of the present invention disclose a method for identifying autonomous vehicles that are causing traffic congestion due to anticipation of a pick-up event. The method includes one or more processors obtaining data of one or more sensors of an autonomous vehicle. The method further includes obtaining video data of a location that includes the autonomous vehicle. The method further includes determining a route of the autonomous vehicle based at least in part on the video data of the location that includes the autonomous vehicle. The method further includes determining whether the autonomous vehicle is performing a traffic infraction based at least in part on the route of the autonomous vehicle.
