    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an evaporation source device for evaporating including a heating container having an opening on a top surface thereof and first and second baffles disposed on the opening of the heating container and having through holes disposed thereon, respectively, wherein the first and second baffles are relatively slidable so that the through holes of the first and second baffles fit at at least two different fitting positions to form an evaporating passage that communicates with the heating container. The first baffle and the second baffle are disposed at the opening of the heating container, the first baffle may fit with the second baffle by movement of the first baffle and the second baffle to form different evaporation passages, and the evaporation passages may be replaced without opening a vacuum chamber, which solves a problem that the organic electroluminescent material blocks the hole in the evaporating process well.

The thin film transistor of the present disclosure has the characteristics of the double gate electrode and the coplanar structure, and is capable of improving the stability of the thin film transistor, optimizing the response speed thereof, and lowering the driving voltage.

Each output capacitor is arranged between a GOA driving unit and a corresponding scanning line so that an output waveform of a row scanning signal output by the GOA driving unit is a delay waveform. In the GOA driving unit, a difference among feedback voltages of pixel units in different active areas of the panel can be effectively reduced, whereby image flicker of the panel can be alleviated, and display quality thereof can be improved.

    Abstract: A driving device for liquid crystal panel comprising: a scanning driver for applying a scanning voltage to pixels arranged as a matrix row by row; and a data driver for receiving an image data and a polarity inversion signal, obtaining original data voltages according to the image data, determining if amplifying the original data voltages along a scanning direction according to the polarity inversion signal, and providing the original data voltages or data voltage after being amplified to pixels. A driving method is also disclosed. When polarity inversion signal is inverted to a positive polarity from a negative polarity, the data voltages applied on the data line are gradually increased along a scanning direction. Accordingly, when the polarity inversion signal is inverted to a negative polarity from a positive polarity, the pixel which leaks current seriously is charged with a larger amount of charges, uneven display brightness is obviously decreased.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses an edge-lit type backlight module, a display and a light guide plate. The edge-lit type backlight module includes at least two light guide plates disposed to be overlapped. Each of the light guide plates respectively includes a light-emitting surface, a bottom surface and at least one light incident surface. The bottom surface of the light guide plate on an upper layer and the light-emitting surface of the light guide plate on a lower layer are disposed opposite. Light sources are disposed on the light incident surfaces of each of the light guide plates, and disposed to be mutually independent. In travel directions of light of the light sources, each of the light guide plates is disposed with light-emitting regions and total reflection regions disposed alternately.     Abstract: The invention provides a TFT substrate manufacturing method and TFT substrate. The TFT substrate manufacturing method first etches the gate insulation layer to form two first through-holes and forming two bridging metal blocks inside the two first through holes; then etches the interlayer dielectric layer to form two second through-holes connecting respectively the two first through-holes, the source and drain connecting the two bridging metal blocks respectively through the two second through-holes. By changing a conventional etching process into two etching process to form the through-hole structure on the gate insulation layer and interlayer dielectric layer, able to improve uniformity of the active layer, reduce process difficulty, avoid the problem of etching stopped due to higher etching thickness, and improve the product quality.
