Abstract: A method for driving a liquid crystal display comprising transforming a first image signal input to a liquid crystal display to a second image signal including a gain, and obtaining a brightness gain of each pixel in an image displayed by the liquid crystal display according to the second image signal, to obtain a brightness gain matrix, calculating a color-shift threshold gain corresponding to a default color-shift threshold, calculating a high-brightness threshold gain corresponding to a default high-brightness threshold, according to the color-shift threshold gain and the high-brightness threshold gain, amending the brightness gain matrix, and according to the brightness gain matrix amended, driving the liquid crystal display. The technical solution can improve the utilization rate of the backlight of the liquid crystal display and simultaneously to improve the color shift issue due to uneven brightness gain. A system and a computer readable storage medium are also provided herein.

Abstract: An exposure apparatus includes a carrying device and a UV light generation device that irradiate a transparent substrate positioned on the carrying device. The carrying device includes a base, a linear electric machine, an exposure table, and a pneumatic lift device that is arranged between the exposure table and the base and supports the exposure table on the base. A stator of the linear electric machine is fixed to the base, and a rotor of the linear electric machine is fixedly coupled to the exposure table. The linear electric machine drives the exposure table to move relative to the base. A method for exposure of a transparent substrate is also provided. The linear electric machine only needs to drive the movement of the exposure table thereby helping increase exposure speed and exposure accuracy. The pneumatic lift device provides an additional function of cushioning.

Abstract: The invention provides a CMOS GOA circuit, which improves the NAND gate in the latch module and the inverter to connect the latch clock signal to the NAND gate in the latch module or the inverter to control the latch module to realize the input and latch of the cascade signal through the voltage change in the latch clock signal. Compared to the known technique, the present invention reduces the number of TFTs required by the latch module without affecting the normal operation of the circuit, and facilitates the implementation of the narrow border or borderless display products.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a low-temperature polycrystalline silicon array substrate which includes a substrate, a groove disposed on the substrate, a buffer layer disposed on the substrate, and a polycrystalline silicon active layer disposed on the buffer layer, the groove is located at a channel of a thin film transistor, and the buffer layer covers the groove to form an air layer in the groove. The present disclosure further provides a manufacturing method of a low-temperature polycrystalline silicon array substrate, mainly including: manufacturing a groove at a channel of a thin film transistor on a substrate; depositing a metal sacrificial layer on the substrate, and etching the metal sacrificial layer except the groove through an etching process; sequentially forming a buffer layer and an amorphous silicon layer on the substrate; and removing the metal sacrificial layer in the groove to form an air layer in the groove.

Abstract: An array substrate having an embedded touch structure is disclosed. A common electrode layer is divided in to multiple first and second electrodes. Multiple first and second electrode connecting lines disposed in a touch wiring layer are respectively connected the first and second electrodes to a driving integrated chip one by one. A common voltage signal line, a first switching signal line and a first and second switches are disposed in a layout area. In a display sequence, the first switching signal controls the first and second switches to turn on, so the first and second electrode connecting lines are respectively connected to the common voltage signal line. In a touch sequence, the first switching signal controls the first and second switches to turn off to disconnect the first and second electrode connecting lines and the common voltage signal line. A display panel having the array substrate is also disclosed.
