    摘要: In an electromagnetic contactor, an arc generated when a movable contact separates from fixed contacts can be easily extinguished. The movable contact is disposed so as to be connectable to and detachable from the pair of fixed contacts disposed to maintain a predetermined interval inside a contact housing case having insulating properties, and an arc extinguishing chamber is formed in a position in which the movable contact and the pair of fixed contacts contact. At least the inner wall surface side of the arc extinguishing chamber contacting an arc is formed of a high thermal conductivity material having thermal conductivity higher than that of a synthetic resin molded material.

    摘要: An electromagnetic contactor has a pair of fixed contacts disposed and fixed maintaining a predetermined interval; a movable contact disposed to be capable of contacting to and separating from the pair of fixed contacts; an electromagnet unit to drive the movable contact; and a drive circuit driving the electromagnet unit. The electromagnet unit includes at least a movable plunger urged by a return spring, a coil to move the movable plunger, and a ring-form permanent magnet magnetized in a moving direction of the movable plunger. The drive circuit includes a power source to supply power to the coil; a pulse drive circuit to output and supply to the coil an engage pulse causing the movable plunger to perform an attracting operation and a hold pulse maintaining the attracting operation when the movable plunger is subject to the attracting operation, and a flywheel circuit having a semiconductor switching element.

The magnet is arranged to have a magnitude relation that a center area where the center section is located has a lower magnetic flux density than movable contact portions where the pair of movable contacts are located.

    摘要: An electromagnetic relay has a movable contact arranged at one end of a drive shaft that reciprocates in an axis center direction based on excitation and demagnetization of an electromagnet block, and a pair of adjacently arranged fixed contacts with which the movable contact is operable to contact and separate. A first electromagnetic iron piece, a second electromagnetic iron piece and the movable contact are inserted to the drive shaft so that the first electromagnetic iron piece and the second electromagnetic iron piece sandwich the movable contact. The second electromagnetic iron piece is biased to one end side of the drive shaft with a coil spring inserted to the drive shaft. When the movable contact contacts to the pair of fixed contacts, the second electromagnetic iron piece forming a magnetic circuit with the first electromagnetic iron piece pushes the movable contact to the pair of fixed contacts.

    摘要: The present invention provides an electromagnetic relay that has a long service life, even when being used for interrupting high voltage, and that can be miniaturized. In this electromagnetic relay, the circuit interruption is cut-off by two or more keying circuits, which are operated by a single coil and connected in series. Thus, an amount of generated arc per keying circuit is suppressed. Consequently, the service life of the electromagnetic relay is lengthened. Moreover, the space between the contracts thereof is reduced, so that the electromagnetic relay is miniaturized. Additionally, a magnetic field for extinguishing arc is formed by a back or counter electromotive force generated when the circuit is cut-off. Thus, the generated arc is extinguished.
