Abstract: An embodiment of the present application discloses a backlight module and a display device. The backlight module device: a frame body, wherein the frame body includes at least one accommodation chamber; a backlight source disposed on a side of the accommodation chamber; and a heat dissipation enhancement layer disposed in the accommodation chamber, wherein heat dissipation enhancement layer including a liquid heat dissipation agent. The embodiment of the present application by the heat dissipation enhancement layer including the liquid heat dissipation agent, can accelerate heat dissipation to mitigate difficulty to heat dissipation due to high power consumption such that a range of environments of use of the backlight module is improved.

Abstract: A backlight module and a display device are provided by the embodiments of the present application. The backlight module includes a light guide plate and a switchable diffusion sheet. The switchable diffusion sheet further includes a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer disposed opposite to each other. A polymer liquid crystal layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. In the backlight module of the embodiment of the present application, a thick glass in the prior art is replaced with the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer which are lighter and thinner than the thick glass, which can greatly reduce an overall thickness of the backlight module.

Abstract: The application discloses a liquid crystal display panel, including: a color filter substrate defined with a plurality of light path openings, a driving substrate arranged opposite to the color filter substrate, a liquid crystal layer located between the color filter substrate and the driving substrate, and a plurality of photosensitive sensor units, wherein a plurality of retaining wall structures are provided in the liquid crystal layer, the retaining wall structures are hollow, a top and a bottom of each of the retaining wall structures are both open, a top opening of each of the retaining wall structures is aligned with at least one of the light path openings, and a bottom opening of each of the retaining wall structures is aligned with one of the photosensitive sensor units. The present application can improve signal-to-noise ratios of fingerprint signals through the retaining wall structures.

Abstract: A display panel and a display device are disclosed. The display panel includes a display liquid crystal cell, a first polarizer, a switchable liquid crystal cell, and a second polarizer. A first substrate and a second substrate of the switchable liquid crystal cell are formed of transparent flexible substrates which are substituted for glass substrates, and a first phase compensation film group including at least a first C-type compensation film group is provided, which is used to compensate the phase difference caused by the phase retardation when the polarized light passes through the transparent flexible substrates, thereby reducing the thickness and weight of the display panel.

Abstract: A gate driving circuit and a display panel are disclosed. A pull-up control module and a pull-down module of each stage gate driving unit are connected to a first node. A thin film transistor in the pull-up control module and/or pull-down module that is connected to the first node is an oxide thin film transistor, such that a leakage current of the first node is reduced due to the advantage of the small off-state leakage current of the oxide thin film transistor. Therefore, the voltage level of the first node can remain stable during a pull-up stage and a touch suspension stage.

Abstract: The present application provides a semiconductor device and an electronic device. In the semiconductor device, a metal layer is provided on the side of the active layer facing the buffer layer, and the metal layer includes at least one metal block, so that the metal block is in direct contact with at least part of the active layer, then when the active layer is converted from amorphous silicon to polycrystalline silicon, due to the catalytic effect of the metal block, the size of the crystal grains in the polycrystalline silicon becomes larger, which reduces the crystal grain boundaries in the polycrystalline silicon and improves the mobility of the semiconductor device.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a display device, and the display device includes a back frame and an optical diaphragm group.
