Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a communication method, apparatus, and system. The method includes: A first user plane network element controls, based on a first AMBR, one or more data flows that are in data flows of a first session and that are transmitted on a data transmission channel of a first access technology; and a UL CL controls, based on a second AMBR, data flows that are in the data flows of the first session and that are transmitted on data transmission channels of a second access technology. This implements control on the data flows of the session and helps improve communication quality.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a video super-resolution processing method. The method includes: obtaining encoded information of any coding block in a video stream; determining an inter-frame prediction mode of the any coding block based on an inter-frame prediction marker included in the encoded information; determining a super-resolution pixel block of the any coding block based on the inter-frame prediction mode of the any coding block and pixel information of a matched coding block identified by a matched coding block index included in the encoded information; and stitching super-resolution pixel blocks of all coding blocks that belong to a same image frame in the video stream to obtain a super-resolution image. Power consumption can be reduced while an effect of super-resolution processing performed on a single frame of image in a video is ensured, and super-resolution processing delays of any two frames of images in the video can be shortened.

Abstract: Example methods for controlling access of a terminal to a network and a network element are described. One example method includes detecting whether a target terminal is exposed to a security threat and sending a message to a storage function network element based on a detection result. The message includes device information and network access indication information, the device information indicates at least one terminal including the target terminal, and the network access indication information indicates that the at least one terminal is allowed or forbidden to access a network. Thus the security function network element outputs an allowed or forbidden indication to the storage function network element, and the storage function network element controls, based on the foregoing indication, access of the terminal to the network.
