    摘要: The various embodiments described herein include methods, devices, and systems for fabricating and operating superconducting switch devices. In one aspect, an electrical circuit includes: (1) a switch device configured to switch between an on state and an off state in response to a first voltage, the switch device comprising: (a) a superconductor layer adapted to transition from a superconducting state to an insulating state in response to a first strain; and (b) a piezoelectric layer positioned adjacent to the superconductor layer, the piezoelectric layer configured to apply the first strain to the superconductor layer in response to the first voltage; (2) a voltage source electrically coupled to the piezoelectric layer of the switch device and configured to supply the first voltage; and (3) an output component coupled to the superconductor layer of the switch device.

    摘要: A piezoelectric vibrating device comprises a metallic containing member, a piezoelectric member and a heat dissipating and conducting member. The piezoelectric member is provided within the metallic containing member, and the heat dissipating and conducting member includes a plurality of the heat dissipating and conducting fins. Each the heat dissipating and conducting fin has a first heat conduction connecting end and a second heat conduction connecting end, wherein the first heat conduction connecting end is provided on an external surface of the piezoelectric member, and the second heat conduction connecting end is connected with an inner wall surface of the metallic containing member. The piezoelectric member generates vibrations with specific polarization directions based on a piezoelectric controlling signal, and the heat energy generated from the vibration of the piezoelectric member is conducted to the external wall surface of the metallic containing member through the heat dissipating and conducting member.
