摘要： A system for producing a composite board made of plastic and paper includes a hot press assembly. The hot press assembly includes a first heated belt configured to apply heat and pressure to a composite sandwich. The composite sandwich includes a mat comprising a mixture of paper and plastic and at least one facer positioned above or below the mat. The hot press assembly further includes a roller configured to drive the belt to move the composite sandwich through the hot press assembly and a first non-stick belt configured to separate at least a portion of the composite sandwich from the heated belt as the composite sandwich is moved through the hot press assembly.

At the second location, the stacking unit is arranged such that the first direction is parallel to a second direction in which a gravitational force is applied.

The server and the master wireless node communicate with one another over first type of wireless communications interface. The server also associates a peripheral wireless node with another package in the set and with the master node. The peripheral wireless node and the master wireless node communicate with one another over a second type of wireless communications interface. The peripheral node includes a sensor operative to generate sensor data by sensing an environmental condition. The master wireless node processes the sensor data to generate one or more package-level statistics of the processed sensor data.

摘要： Described herein are highly thermally conductive hybrid carbon fiber composites. The composites are composed of one or more alternating layers of (a) a pyrolytic graphite sheet and (b) carbon fibers impregnated with a resin. The thermal conductivity of the composites is substantially higher when compared independently to the pyrolytic graphite sheet and carbon fibers. In addition to increased thermal conductivity, the composites possess other desirable properties such as increased thermal emissivity and solar absorptivity. The enhanced properties of the composites make them suitable for use in a number of different applications where heat flow is desirable.
