Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide data processing methods, computer program products, computer-readable storage medium and apparatuses. In an embodiment, a method includes: inputting bits in a coded bitstream into a first interleaver, wherein the coded bitstream is allocated to a first resource unit (RU) for a first user, wherein the first RU comprises M RUs, and M is an integer greater than 1, and reordering the bits in the coded bitstream by using the first interleaver, wherein a number NSD of data subcarriers of the first interleaver is a positive integer within [NSD_min/Q, NSD_max/Q], wherein NSD_min is a sum of data subcarriers comprised in the first RU, NSD_max is a sum of subcarriers comprised in the first RU, and Q is a number of data subcarriers to which a bit is mapped.

Abstract: A bit interleaver, a bit-interleaved coded modulation (BICM) device and a bit interleaving method are disclosed herein. The bit interleaver includes a first memory, a processor, and a second memory. The first memory stores a low-density parity check (LDPC) codeword having a length of 64800 and a code rate of 7/15. The processor generates an interleaved codeword by interleaving the LDPC codeword on a bit group basis. The size of the bit group corresponds to a parallel factor of the LDPC codeword. The second memory provides the interleaved codeword to a modulator for quadrature phase shift keying (QPSK) modulation.

Abstract: A transmitter can include a laser operable to output an optical signal; a digital signal processor operable to receive user data and provide electrical signals based on the data; and a modulator operable to modulate the optical signal to provide optical subcarriers based on the electrical signals. A first one of the subcarriers carriers carries first TDMA encoded information and second TDMA encoded information, such that the first TDMA encoded information is indicative of a first portion of the data and is carried by the first one of the subcarriers during a first time slot, and the second TDMA encoded information is indicative of a second portion of the data and is carried by the first one of the subcarriers during a second time slot. The first TDMA encoded information is associated with a first node remote from the transmitter and the second TDMA encoded information is associated with a second node remote from the transmitter. A second one of the subcarriers carries third information that is not TDMA encoded, the third information being associated with a third node remote from the transmitter. A receiver and system also are described.

Abstract: A method of transmitting a Physical Layer Convergence Procedure (PLCP) frame in a Very High Throughput (VHT) Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) system includes generating a MAC Protocol Data Unit (MPDU) to be transmitted to a destination station (STA), generating a PLCP Protocol Data Unit (PPDU) by adding a PLCP header, including an L-SIG field containing control information for a legacy STA and a VHT-SIG field containing control information for a VHT STA, to the MPDU, and transmitting the PPDU to the destination STA. A constellation applied to some of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex (OFDM) symbols of the VHT-SIG field is obtained by rotating a constellation applied to an OFDM symbol of the L-SIGfield.

Abstract: There is described a method for communicating data, the method comprising: receiving an incomplete data stream, wherein the incomplete data stream comprises a plurality of sequences of data points having respective values and a plurality of sequences of missing data points; receiving a missing data model; determining values for each of the plurality of sequences of missing data points, comprising: selecting a sequence of missing data points that has not previously been processed, wherein the sequence of missing data points to be processed is selected as a smallest sequence of missing data points of the plurality of sequences of missing data points that have not previously been processed; processing the incomplete data stream to determine values for the selected sequence of missing data points based upon the missing data model; updating the incomplete data stream to include the determined values for the selected sequence of missing data points; and wherein values for subsequent sequences of missing data points are generated based upon the updated data stream; and outputting a corrected data stream comprising the determined values for each of the plurality of sequences of missing data points.

Abstract: Rapid channel failure detection and recovery in wireless communication networks is needed in order to meet, among other things, carrier class Ethernet channel standards. Thus, resilient wireless packet communications is provided using a physical layer link aggregation protocol with a hardware-assisted rapid channel failure detection algorithm and load balancing, preferably in combination. This functionality may be implemented in a Gigabit Ethernet data access card with an engine configured accordingly. In networks with various topologies, these features may be provided in combination with their existing protocols.
