摘要： A fabric has enhanced response characteristics for laser finishing. The fabric can be denim for denim apparel such as jeans. Software and lasers are used to finish apparel made of the fabric to produce a desired wear or distressing pattern or other design. The fabric allows for relatively fast color change in response to the laser, color changes in hue from indigo blue to white, many grayscale levels, and maintains strength and stretch properties. A method used to make the fabric includes spinning, dyeing, and weaving yarns in such a way to obtain the desired enhanced response characteristics for laser finishing.

The system according to the disclosed embodiments comprises: a server including a design database for a smart garment; a user terminal for downloading a design for the smart garment from the server; and the smart garment on which the design transmitted from the user terminal is implemented.

摘要： A textile material comprises a plurality of yarns, wherein the yarns contain an intimate blend of dyed polyphenylene sulfide fibers and cellulosic fibers. The dyed polyphenylene sulfide fibers comprise a disperse dye that is distributed substantially evenly across the cross-sectional area of the fibers. A method for dyeing textile materials containing polyphenylene sulfide fibers comprises the steps of (a) providing a textile material comprising yarns which contain an intimate blend of polyphenylene sulfide fibers and cellulosic fibers, (b) providing a dye liquor comprising a liquid medium and a disperse dye, (c) applying the dye liquor to the textile material, (d) heating the textile material under ambient atmosphere to a temperature sufficient to evaporate substantially all of the liquid medium from the textile material, and (e) heating the textile material under ambient atmosphere to a temperature of about 180° C. or more to fix the disperse dye to the polyphenylene sulfide fibers.

摘要： The present subject matter discloses a fabric weaving method and apparatus therefor, wherein the method includes forming a fabric where the warp ends of the fabric is made of multifilament polyester yarns and the weft picks are made of cotton or regenerated cellulose fiber or linen fiber or a combination thereof. The woven textile fabric has 50-89 EPI of multifilament polyester yarns of denier within a range of 75D-200D with 7-250 filaments in each polyester yarn, wherein one or more yarns per dent is setup in the reed apparatus of the warp of the loom apparatus. Further, the woven textile fabric comprises of 50-91 picks per inch of cotton or regenerated cellulose fibre or linen fiber or a combination thereof and of 20-50 count (NE). Furthermore, the total cover factor of the woven textile fabric is 10-38, wherein the warp cover factor is 8-19 and the weft cover factor is 10-19.
