摘要: It is described a knitted/woven fabric with moisture management function comprising a first fabric layer having a first yarn and a second yarn knitted together to form a first layer being semi-hydrophilic or hydrophobic (comprising of lower moisture regain fibers), a second fabric layer comprising a third yarn and a fourth yarn knitted together to form the second fabric layer, the second fabric layer being fully hydrophilic (comprising of higher moisture regain fibers), wherein the first fabric layer has a moisture regain lower than the moisture regain of the second fabric layer providing a hydrophilic gradient between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer of the knitted fabric pushing moisture through the first fabric layer in contact with the wearer's skin and out through the second fabric layer.

摘要: A composite low-twist towel that is formed of three parts: terry yarn, ground warp yarn and weft yarn. The ground warp yarn and the weft yarn are normal towel yarns and the terry yarn is a composite low-twist yarn. The composite low-twist yarn is composed of two yarns of different thickness, among them, the spun yarn is synthetic fiber spun yarn or filament yarn, and the thick yarn is the pure cotton yarn or the blended yarn of pure cotton and other fibers. The composite low-twist yarn is made into a warp beam through warping and sizing. Then, it interweaves with ground warp yarns and weft yarns through a towel loom or warp loom to form terry fabrics.

摘要: A fabric made of interwoven twines, wherein, in each case, two yarns are twisted together to form a twine and at least one of the yarns contains polyester staple fibers and cellulosic staple fibers of the types lyocell, viscose and/or modal, the share of cellulosic staple fibers in the fabric ranging from 10% by weight to 90% by weight. The fabric according to the invention is characterized in that the fabric or, respectively, those of the yarns contained therein which contain polyester staple fibers and cellulosic staple fibers as well as the twines produced therefrom comply with two relationships from which the suitability of the fabric for applications in automobiles, particularly in automobile seats, results.

摘要: Woven fabric made of cotton yarn or regenerated cellulose fibers yarn or a combination thereof and polyesters. The woven fabric includes forming 500-1500 thread count per inch of fine textile fabric. The woven textile fabric has 50-89 ENDS PER INCH warp yarns per inch of cotton yarn or regenerated cellulose fiber yarn or a combination thereof (e.g., a combination thereof means cotton and regenerated cellulose fiber blended yarn) and of 20-40 NE (warp yarn count), wherein single yarn per dent may be setup in the reed apparatus of the warp of the loom apparatus. Additionally, the woven textile fabric comprises of 50-91 picks per inch in the weft in which each pick contains atleast 2-24 multifilament polyester yarns. The picks are woven into the fabric using multi-filament weft yarns during a single pick insertion event of a pick insertion apparatus of a loom. Additionally, the warp to weft ratio of the woven fabric is atleast 1:5.

摘要: A fabric having particularly good translucent properties with regard to UVA and UVB radiation, in particular for use in garments for the sport and leisure sector, with the transparency being reduced at the same time. The fabric comprises a first yarn made of cellulose-based fiber or regenerated fiber, and a second yarn made of polymer fiber. The proportion by weight of the first and second yarns is at least 80% by weight. The wale density is in the range from 10 to 30 per cm and the course density is in the range from 15 to 33 per cm. The second yarn has a fineness in the range from 45 to 300 dtex and the first yarn has a fineness in the range from 150 to 300 dtex. The grammage of the fabric is between 70 and 150 g/m{circumflex over ( )}2.

摘要: A fabric for use in filters separating water from a water/diesel emulsion, and a method of using such a fabric, where the fabric has a rectangular mesh, the sides of which are formed by respective threads. In comparison with prior art fabrics for water/diesel filters, the fabric of the invention offers the advantage of having a higher separation efficiency, thus allowing separation of diesel with a lower residual water content downstream of the filter.
