Abstract: An analog-to-digital converter (ADC) has been disclosed. In some implementations, the ADC is configured to generate ADC samples based on input signals and an ADC input clock. The ADC is further configured to generate at a first time point a synchronized start signal indicating a starting point of capturing the ADC samples. The start signal and a system clock can be synchronized at a second time point. At a third time point, a capturing sample clock for capturing the ADC samples is generated. The synchronized start signal and the capturing sample clock can be input to a counter to determine a time difference between the second and third time points. An ADC output timing of the ADC samples can be determined based on the time difference.

Abstract: In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) may receive an uplink (UL) grant (e.g., dynamic UL grant, UL configured grant (CG)) from a network, but may decide to skip the UL grant altogether or not transmit any user plane data on the UL grant. In such instances, the UE may maintain or expedite expiration associated with one or more timers (e.g., discontinuous reception (DRX) and bandwidth part (BWP) inactivity timers, secondary cell (SCell) deactivation timer, etc.). The UE may also maintain or expedite expiration associated with one or more timers if it receives downlink (DL) transmission (e.g., DL semi-persistent scheduling (SPS)) from the network that includes no user plane data.

The UE may initiate a beam switch measurement counter, and perform one or more measurements on the identified candidate beams. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may adaptively switch between hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) monitoring modes to support power savings. In a first HARQ skipping mode, the UE may transmit an uplink message corresponding to a HARQ identifier and may receive a positive acknowledgment (ACK) message in a HARQ monitoring occasion associated with the HARQ identifier. Upon receiving the ACK message, the UE refrains from monitoring a subsequent HARQ monitoring occasion associated with the HARQ identifier while in the first HARQ skipping mode (e.g., an aggressive HARQ skipping mode). The UE may periodically enter a periodic evaluation mode from the first HARQ skipping mode, in which the UE monitors a subsequent HARQ monitoring occasion after receiving an ACK message to check for false ACK messages. If a false ACK message is detected, the UE enters a first HARQ skipping prohibited mode.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicate with other network devices as part of a wireless communications system. The UE may identify a blockage corresponding to one or more antenna arrays of a set of antenna arrays based on using a first set of beam weights, which may correspond to a static beamforming codebook of the one or more antenna arrays. The UE may switch from a static beamforming codebook-based beam weight determination to a dynamic beamforming codebook-based beam weight determination. The UE may then determine a second set of beam weights to use for the one or more antenna arrays based on the dynamic beamforming codebook-based beam weight determination. The UE may then communicate using the one or more antenna arrays according to the second set of beam weights.

Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed for radar interference mitigation using a pseudorandom offset. The apparatus includes an antenna array and a wireless transceiver. The wireless transceiver is coupled to the antenna array and is configured to transmit, via the antenna array, a radar transmit signal based on at least one pseudorandom offset. The wireless transceiver is also configured to receive, via the antenna array, at least a portion of another radar transmit signal from another apparatus. The wireless transceiver is additionally configured to receive, via the antenna array, a radar receive signal that includes a portion of the radar transmit signal that is reflected by an object. At a given time, a frequency of the radar receive signal is different than a frequency of the radar transmit signal based on the at least one pseudorandom offset.
