Abstract:
A regulator circuit stabilizes the input voltage applied to an input terminal before outputting the output voltage via an output terminal. An output transistor is provided between the input terminal and the output terminal. An error amplifier adjusts the voltage applied to the control terminal of the output transistor such that a voltage that corresponds to the output voltage approaches a predetermined reference voltage. A fluctuation detection capacitor is provided on a path from the input terminal to the grounded terminal. One terminal of the fluctuation detection capacitor is set to a fixed electric potential. In a case that the input voltage is lower than the voltage at the other terminal of the fluctuation detection capacitor, an undershoot suppressing circuit forcibly reduces the gate voltage of the output transistor.

A brushless motor has a stator, a rotor and a circuit board for controlling rotation of the rotor. The stator has iron cores and coils wound around the iron cores. Switching elements for turning on and off electric power to be supplied to the coils for the stator are mounted to the circuit board. A heat-radiating member is fixed to the iron cores.

An electric toothbrush includes a drive part, a driver, a brush part and a vibration-absorber. The drive part includes a drive shaft provided to be lineally movable and a brush part detachably attached to one end of the drive shaft. The driver is configured to apply reciprocal force to the drive shaft to reciprocally lineally move the drive shaft. The vibration-absorber is connected to the drive shaft via a second spring to be lineally movable along the drive shaft. A weight ratio of a weight of the vibration-absorber to a weight of the drive part is at least 0.9 and at most 1.1.

A desulfonation reaction mixture of 4,4'-diamino-1,1'-dianthraquinonyl-3,3'-disulfonic acid obtainable in a conventional manner is mixed in the form of an aqueous acid suspension with a surface active agent, followed by filtration, whereby filterability and flowability of the produced 4,4'-diamino-1,1'-dianthraquinonyl pigment are efficiently improved.

An apparatus for measuring the water content of an object to be measured comprises in combination a pair of optical filters for obtaining from the same source light a reference light having a wavelength not easily absorbed therein and a measuring light having a wavelength easily absorbable therein, an optical system for irradiating the object with the reference and measuring lights, an photoelectric converter for converting the reference and measuring lights to electrical signals, a temperature detector for detecting the temperature of the optical filters, a humidity detector for detecting the humidity of optical paths for the reference and measuring lights, extending from the optical system to the object, and a water content-measuring circuit for finding the quantity of water contained in the object on the basis of output signals produced from the photoelectric converter, temperature detector and humidity detector.

Laser light is emitted to a sheet member wound on a forming drum in a range which includes the entire width of the sheet member and distance data on a distance to a reflecting surface is obtained, using a two-dimensional laser sensor which has a detection range along a drum circumferential direction, while moving either the two-dimensional laser sensor or the forming drum in a drum width direction. Further, the positions of width-directional opposite end sections of the sheet member are calculated on the basis of the obtained distance data.

A DC converter circuit having high reliability is provided. The DC converter circuit includes: an inductor configured to generate electromotive force in accordance with a change in flowing current; a transistor including a gate, a source, and a drain, which is configured to control generation of the electromotive force in the inductor by being on or off; a rectifier in a conducting state when the transistor is off; and a control circuit configured to control on and off of the transistor. The transistor includes an oxide semiconductor layer whose hydrogen concentration is less than or equal to 5×1019 atoms/cm3 as a channel formation layer.

This power transmission control device is applied to a hybrid vehicle which includes an internal combustion engine and a motor (MG) as power sources. The power transmission control device includes a manual transmission and a friction clutch. When a clutch enters a completely disengaged state as a result of operation of a clutch pedal by a driver in a state where MG torque is adjusted to regeneration torque acting in a direction for decelerating the vehicle, the magnitude of the regeneration torque is decreased to “minute value A which is greater than zero,” and then maintained at the minute value A. Much energy generated as a result of regeneration can be stored in a battery (see the area shown by dots) as compared with the case where the regeneration torque is adjusted to zero immediately after the clutch enters the completely disengaged state. Accordingly, energy efficiency (fuel efficiency) is improved.
