Abstract: A method and system are provided for managing wireless collaborative charging between at least two mobile devices that include a first mobile device and a second mobile device. The method includes monitoring power usage for at least one of the at least two mobile devices. The method further includes predicting power requirements for at least one of the at least two mobile devices. The method also includes authorizing wirelessly sending power from the first mobile device to the second mobile device based on at least one of the power usage and the power requirements.

Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for assisting users to generate the desired meme in a document. A document is scanned to identify parts of speech, numerical text or numbers and images (collectively the “terms”) that provide positive/negative memes. A score for each of these terms is assigned. A score may then be assigned to each designated primary object (e.g., individual, company) discussed in the document using the scores assigned to the identified terms. Options may then be provided to modify the document to provide the type of meme (e.g., positive or negative meme) desired by the author to be associated with the particular designated primary object. Upon receiving a selection of one or more of these options, the document is modified accordingly to generate the desired meme in the document.

Abstract: Approaches presented herein enable servicing a location request for a user device by providing anonymized location data. Specifically, a location request for a user device is received from an application server associated with a location-based/location-tracking application. Based on an application setting option associated with the location-based/location-tracking application, a geographic cell is defined. A set of available participating devices within the geographic cell is identified. A participating device is selected from the set of available participating devices. The location request is routed to the selected participating device, wherein the selected participating device forwards a location of the selected participating device to the application server.

Abstract: In response to a user-initiated interaction request sent by a user using an electronic communication, subsequent actions performed by other users that received the user-initiated interaction request are analyzed. A visual representation of a collaboration model that correlates probabilities of successful collaborations between the user and the other users is generated in accordance with determined correlations between the subsequent actions performed by the other users and the intended interaction result. A collaboration recommendation based upon a degree of correlation between the subsequent actions performed by the other users and the intended interaction result represented within the collaboration model is provided in association with the visual representation of the collaboration model.

Abstract: A computing device can receive an incoming message. The incoming message can be one directed to a set of different client machines at approximately the same time. The computing device can perform a mitigation action that alters a presentation characteristic of the audible alert for the incoming message. The mitigation action ensures that the computing device and at least a subset of the other client devices within a predefined audio range of the computing device do not audibly present alerts for the incoming message in an unsynchronized manner.

Abstract: A plurality of electronic messages sent to a first user via at least one communication network can be identified. Responsive to the second user choosing to have the at least two of the plurality of electronic messages conglomerated, the at least two of the plurality of electronic messages can be automatically conglomerated.
