    摘要: The invention provides a pipe 100 for an aircraft refuel system, the pipe comprising an outer section 200 making up a pipe wall, the pipe wall having an outer and inner 230 surface, a surface texture 310 on the inner pipe wall surface, the surface texture comprising projections 311 projecting inwards from the inner pipe wall surface towards the centre of the pipe. The surface texture may be riblets 311 and may be coated with an anti-bacterial coating 340. The surface texture may be formed from a layer of conductive material, in the form of a foil 300. The outer section 200 may be made from a non-conductive, preferably composite material. The invention also provides a method of manufacturing piping for an aircraft refuel system using a mandrel 400.

Tubulars 12 comprise a metallic tubular body hooped by windings of fibers coated with a polymer matrix. The riser comprises several sections, each section consisting of tube elements whose hoop stress is determined as a function of the depth at which the section lies and of the mechanical strength of said metallic tubular body.

    摘要: A process for the production of a pipe comprising: an interior surface having a shape; and a thermoplastic inliner is provided. The process comprises: introducing the thermoplastic inliner into the interior of the pipe; heating the pipe from the outside to a temperature higher than a crystallite melting point (Tm) of a moulding composition of an exterior surface of the inliner; expanding the inliner radially in the pipe so that an exterior surface of the inliner assumes the shape of the interior surface of the pipe; and cooling the inliner; wherein a cross section of the inliner is optionally reduced through exposure to an exterior force prior to being introduced into the pipe. Relative movements between carrier pipe and inliner are thus prevented; the risk of collapse of the inliner is moreover low. The pipe is used for the production of a laid pipeline.
