Abstract: A rubber hose includes a distinctly colored inner wear indicator integrated into its liner, wherein a distance b of the inner wear indicator from the inner surface of the liner is less than 40% of the liner's thickness v, and height h of the wear indicator, measured perpendicularly to a longitudinal axis of the hose, falls between 1% to 90% of liner thickness v, or even from 10% to 40% of the liner thickness v. The inner wear indicator may have concentric sectional surface area of the inner wear indicator may even gradually decrease in the radial direction as a function of distance from the longitudinal axis. The rubber hose may be connected at one end to a plunger pump and connected at a second to a common manifold, in an oilfield pump system, or used in any hose application in an oilfield fluid pump system.

Abstract: A pipe for transporting fluids with control of the buckling of the internal anti-corrosion liner includes a steel tube intended to receive a flow of fluids to be transported, and an annular protective lining made of polymer material, inserted in an interference fit inside the tube against an inner surface thereof and intended to ensure protection of the steel against corrosion of the fluids to be transported, the protective lining having, in a cross-section plane, at least a weakened angular portion whose mechanical resistance to radial deformation is lower than that of the remaining angular portion of the protective lining so as to control the angular location and to promote the axial propagation of buckling of the protective lining following a depressurization of the pipeline.

Abstract: A telescopic water pipe includes an elastic inner pipe having a contraction length and an extension length under the pressure of the liquid passing therethrough; and a braided layer wrapped on an outer circumferential surface of the elastic inner pipe; wherein the elastic inner pipe and the braided layer form together a first telescopic pipe body, the first telescopic pipe body expanding and contracting with the expansion and contraction of the elastic inner pipe, its outer diameters being close to the outer diameters of the elastic inner pipe. Therefore, the braided layer can expand and contract synchronically with the elastic inner pipe without wearing out the elastic inner pipe, thereby prolonging the service life of the first telescopic pipe body. The amount of used braided layer is saved, and the obtained first telescopic pipe body has a small volume and an unrestricted length.

Abstract: An apparatus that has a conduit and an impact absorber assembly. The impact absorber assembly includes a core and a frame, where the core has an aperture configured to receive the conduit and the frame includes a cavity sized and shaped to receive the core. The frame also has a first side wall and a second side wall that are spaced apart to define, at least in part, a cavity. The first and second side walls also include an intermediate portion that includes a waveform shape. The waveform shape includes at least a pair of ridges and a trough between the ridges.

Abstract: The invention relates to the field of pipeline construction and repair, and in particular to a bimetallic protective sleeve for a weld seam of pipelines. The sleeve comprises a sleeve body, centering stops and two rubber collars. The sleeve body is made of stainless steel and configured as a ring having flared ends. The centering stops have a trapezoidal shape and evenly distributed along a transverse axis of symmetry of the sleeve body. The rubber collars are arranged symmetrically relative to the centering stops along the perimeter of the ends of the sleeve body. The technical result consists in increasing the reliability of the protective sleeve.
