摘要: A disc brake device includes a pad, a caliper including a cylinder, a piston, and a rotary-to-linear motion conversion mechanism. The piston is divided into two parts that are a piston main body and a piston cap. The rotary-to-linear motion conversion mechanism includes a rotary member and a linear motion member. A unidirectional rotation regulating portion between the piston main body and the piston cap is configured to regulate relative rotation of the piston main body in a forward rotation direction with respect to the piston cap when the rotary member is driven to rotate in the forward rotation direction, and to allow relative rotation of the piston main body in a reverse rotation direction with respect to the piston cap when the rotary member is driven to rotate in the reverse rotation direction.

摘要: A hydraulic system of a vehicle includes a hydraulic pump with variable delivery capacity. The hydraulic pump is controllable as a function of a load and operatively connected to a drive of the vehicle. The system includes a first brake system for reducing a speed of the vehicle by at least one friction brake, and a permanent brake system being independent of the first brake system and configured to reduce the speed of the vehicle. The permanent brake system includes a first retarder circuit which cooperates with the hydraulic pump such that kinetic energy is removed from the vehicle by the permanent brake system via the hydraulic pump in order to decelerate the vehicle.

摘要: An actuator assembly for a vehicle brake is described. It comprises a carrier assembly (22) on which an activating carriage (88) for a brake lining is guided linearly. Moreover, an electric motor fastened to the carrier assembly (22) is provided which is coupled drivingly to the activating carriage via a gear unit and a spindle drive such that the activating carriage can be displaced selectively between a retracted position and an extended position. In addition, the actuator assembly comprises a locking assembly (106) for selectively immobilizing in rotation an output shaft (38) of the electric motor. The locking assembly (106) here comprises a locking lever (114) which at a first end (116) is mounted rotatably on the carrier assembly (22) and at a second opposite end (118) is coupled to a locking actuator (112). A locking tooth (124) is moreover positioned between the first end (116) and the second end (118). A method for activating an actuator assembly for a vehicle brake is furthermore presented.

The centerless ring gear may include a second center point laying in a second plane generally defined by the centerless ring gear, and the first plane may be generally parallel to the second plane.
