The multi-speed transmission includes a housing, an electric motor with a stator and a rotor positioned within the housing, and a planetary assembly positioned on a first axial side of the electric motor. The transmission further includes a first and second clutch unit spaced away from one another, each including a synchronizer, and designed to selectively rotationally couple to the rotor and to rotationally couple the rotor to different gears in the planetary assembly and where the electric motor and planetary assembly are coaxially arranged.

摘要: A multi-mode hydro-mechanical hybrid transmission device includes an input member, a hydraulic transmission mechanism, a mechanical transmission mechanism, a convergence mechanism, an output member, a clutch assembly, and a brake assembly. The clutch assembly connects an output end of the input member to an input end of the hydraulic transmission mechanism, the mechanical transmission mechanism, and the convergence mechanism. The clutch assembly connects an output end of the hydraulic transmission mechanism to the convergence mechanism. The clutch assembly connects the mechanical transmission mechanism to the convergence mechanism. The convergence mechanism is connected to the output member. Continuously changing transmission ratios are provided between the input member and the output member by adjusting a displacement ratio of the hydraulic transmission mechanism and selectively controlling engagement of the clutch assembly and the brake assembly.

摘要: When a state of a vehicle is a predetermined state of the vehicle where vehicle vibration occurs, weak circulating torque is generated to fill backlash inside an automatic transmission and in a power transmission path by half-engaging a second clutch for establishing a second power transmission path while a first power transmission path remains established in the automatic transmission. A speed ratio of the second power transmission path is alternatively set to a lower vehicle speed-side speed ratio with respect to a speed ratio of the first power transmission path or a higher vehicle speed-side speed ratio with respect to the speed ratio of the first power transmission path in response to a traveling state. It is possible to generate weak circulating torque in a direction to increase an input shaft rotation speed or in a direction to reduce the input shaft rotation speed in accordance with the traveling state.

摘要: An electric portal axle (1) for electrically driving a motor vehicle has a housing (28), a single electric machine (2) and two spur gear stages (13, 14) for driving two wheels of the axle. A shiftable transmission (5) is downstream of the electric machine (2) and is embodied as a planetary gear mechanism with a freewheel (6) and a differential (7). The portal axle (1) has a shifting mechanism (23) for shifting two gear stages of the portal axle (1). In a first gear stage, a ring gear (9) of the transmission (5) and a clutch body (27) that is fixed to the housing are connected, and a clutch (29) between the ring gear (9) and a planetary carrier (11) of the transmission (5) is opened. In a second gear stage the ring gear (9) and the clutch body (27) are disconnected and the clutch (29) is closed.
