    摘要: A driving force transmitting device includes an axle housing and a transaxle main body. The axle housing includes a supporting body and two shafts extending in opposite directions from the supporting body. The supporting body has an internal space. The transaxle main body is supported by the supporting body. The axle housing further includes a first breather plug. The first breather plug is fixed to the supporting body and is configured to discharge a gas in the internal space to an outside. The transaxle main body includes a gear mechanism, a case that accommodates the gear mechanism, and a second breather plug. The gear mechanism is configured to transmit a driving force. The second breather plug is fixed to the case and is configured to discharge a gas in the case to the outside. The second breather plug is located in the internal space.

    摘要: A harmonic reducer includes a shaft having a first through hole extending from a first end to a second end of the shaft; a wave generator arranged on the shaft and being rotatable along with the shaft; a flexible spline arranged around the wave generator; a circular spline arranged around the flexible spline; a first flange coupled to the shaft via a first bearing and coupled to the flexible spline; and a second flange coupled to the shaft via a second bearing and coupled to the circular spline. One of the flanges is arranged near to the first end of the shaft. A cavity is provided between the one of the flanges and the first end of the shaft, such that it is in fluid communication with an external environment via the first through hole.

    摘要: During operation of a wet-running gearbox, vapours and/or air can arise in a housing of the gearbox, which can increase an internal pressure in the housing and thus can influence the operating safety of the gearbox. The problem addressed by the invention is that of creating a gearing unit, which is distinguished by an advantageous arrangement of a venting device.
    To this end, a gearing unit 1 for a drive assembly is specified having: a gearing device 4 for converting a drive torque of the drive assembly, the gearing device 4 having an input shaft 8, and the input shaft 8 defining a main axis H; a gearing housing 2 for accommodating the gearing device 4, the gearing housing 2 defining an accommodation space 3 for the gearing device 4; and a venting device 10 for venting the accommodation space 3, the venting device 10 being mounted on the gearing housing 2, wherein the venting device 10 is arranged coaxially with the main axis H and on an axial end face of the input shaft 8.

    摘要: An oil supply system includes a first oil receptacle collecting oil from a transmission and a second oil receptacle collecting oil from the rest of a drive system using gravity. Oil supply pump(s) supply oil from the oil receptacle(s) to the different consumers. A vacuum pump generates a negative pressure in the first oil receptacle and in the transmission casing connected to the first oil receptacle. A gas check valve prevents gas from flowing between the oil receptacles when a pressure differential is applied to the oil receptacles by the vacuum pump. An oil check valve prevents oil from flowing between the oil receptacles when the pressure differential is applied. An oil regulating valve may control the oil flow between the first and second oil receptacles. The oil supply system provides a simpler configuration without scavenging pump(s).

    摘要: Breathing systems and methods for a gearbox is described. Embodiments preferably create a closed system for air within the gearbox. As an operating gearbox warms the air or fluid within, or an altitude change causes air to expand or contract, increased pressure can result and air can escape through tubing to a cannister. The cannister can receive the expanding air in an impermeable cavity that is proximate to a bladder open or partially open to an exterior environment. Air can press on the bladder, expanding the cavity and shrinking the bladder until a pressure equilibrium is reached. As operation of the gearbox is lowered or powered off, or another altitude change occurs, the air can cool and/or retract into the gearbox. The bladder can then expand and press on the cavity until equalizing the pressure within the cannister.
