Abstract: The invention provides a driver circuit structure for RGBW display panel, by arranging the driving TFTs on both sides of the data line to control the corresponding sub-pixels and disposing the plurality of scanning lines into two or four groups for interlaced scanning so that any data line only controlling sub-pixels of the same color during the time a group of scan lines being turned on. As such, the present invention can effectively improve the color shift when displaying solid color screen, improve the display quality, reduce the number of switches of data signal in the data line and reduce energy consumption.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a scanning driving circuit and a flat display device. The scanning driving circuit includes a plurality of cascaded-connected scanning driving units respectively arranged at two lateral sides of a flat display device. With respect to the same level, the scanning driving unit at both sides connect to two the same scanning lines. Each of the scanning driving units includes: an input circuit configured to charge a pull-up and a pull-down control signal points; a latch circuit configured to latch signals received from the input circuit; a reset circuit configured to reset a level of the pull-up control signal point; an output circuit configured to generate scanning driving signals; and a clock control circuit configured to selectively output the scanning driving signals to the first scanning line or the second scanning line via third clock signals or fourth clock signals.

Abstract: The present invention provides a liquid crystal display device. The device includes a light guide plate, a color filter substrate, an array substrate and a light shading tape. Wherein, a side wall of the concave slot is an incline slope, an edge of the color filter substrate is supported on the incline slope of the concave slot, an edge of a plastic frame is aligned with an edge of the array substrate, and a light shading tape for relatively fixing the color filter substrate and the light guide plate. The present invention can realize a narrow frame and no frame design of the liquid crystal display device. The structure of the display panel is simplified in order to simplify the manufacturing process and reduce the production cost.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate includes a plurality of scanning lines and a plurality of data lines intersecting with each other to form a plurality of pixel cells. The pixel cells are divided into the pixel cells within a first area and the pixel cells within a second area along the scanning lines. Each of the pixel cells within the second area includes a first thin film transistor (TFT) and a control unit connected to the first TFT. The control unit is configured to reduce a pixel voltage of the pixel cell where the first TFT is configured. Abstract: A display pixel structure includes a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array. Abstract: A method for manufacturing a LTPS array substrate includes: forming a source electrode and a drain electrode on a substrate, forming a poly-silicon layer in a first region and a second region of the substrate including the source electrode and the drain electrode, such that the poly-silicon layer of the first region has a thickness greater than that of the second region and the poly-silicon layer of the first region partially covers the source electrode and the drain electrode; passivating a surface of the poly-silicon layer in order to turn a part of the poly-silicon layer of the second region and the first region that is adjacent to the surface into an insulating layer; and forming a gate electrode on the insulating layer between the source electrode and the drain electrode. The LTPS technical process is simple and can reduce the producing costs.
