Abstract: The invention provides a driver circuit structure for RGBW display panel, by arranging the driving TFTs on both sides of the data line to control the corresponding sub-pixels and disposing the plurality of scanning lines into two or four groups for interlaced scanning so that any data line only controlling sub-pixels of the same color during the time a group of scan lines being turned on. As such, the present invention can effectively improve the color shift when displaying solid color screen, improve the display quality, reduce the number of switches of data signal in the data line and reduce energy consumption.

Abstract: The invention provides an RGBW display panel, or vertically adjacent or horizontally adjacent red sub-pixels, green sub-pixels, blue sub-pixels, and white sub-pixels (W), the TFTs for the red sub-pixels, green sub-pixels, and blue sub-pixels being disposed inside the white sub-pixels (W), and disposing bend portion (11) on borders of the sub-pixels left and right to the white sub-pixel (W) to reduce the aperture ratios of the sub-pixels left and right to the white sub-pixel (W), and increase the aperture ratios of the sub-pixels located above and below the white sub-pixel. As such, the aperture ratios of the red, green, and blue sub-pixels around the white sub-pixel approximate consistency to improve the darker shade problems of RGBW display panel display a solid or two-color mixture screen, as well as avoid white color coordinate drift, improve color shift and improve display quality.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display panel and its driving circuit, manufacturing method are disclosed. The driving circuit has a first switching element. The first terminal of the first switching element is connected to one data line of the liquid crystal display panel. At the array manufacturing process stage, the control terminal of the first switching element is input a first reference voltage. The second terminal of the first switching element is connected to a first discharge circuit. During the stage to drive the liquid crystal display panel to display or to test the liquid crystal display panel, the control terminal of the first switching element is input a first control signal. The second terminal of the first switching element is input a data signal. By the aforementioned ways, it can simultaneously achieve an ESD protection and to save the panel space to be favorable for narrow frame design.

Abstract: An LTPS array substrate and a method for producing the same are proposed. The method includes: forming an insulating layer, a semiconductor layer, and a first positive photoresist layer on the substrate one by one; exposing one side of the substrate on the opposite side of the gate for forming a polycrystalline silicon layer; forming a source and a drain of the TFT on the polycrystalline silicon layer; forming a pixel electrode on the insulating layer and part of the source; forming a plain passivation layer on a source-drain electrode layer; forming a transparent electrode layer on the plain passivation layer so that the transparent electrode layer is connected to the gate, the source, and the drain via the contact hole. The use of masks in types and numbers in the LTPS technology can be reduced. Thus, both of the processes and the production costs are reduced.

Abstract: Disclosed is an array substrate, which includes: a transparent baseplate, wherein the transparent baseplate includes pixel regions on one surface thereof, and the pixel regions each include a white sub-pixel region, a first primary color sub-pixel region, a second primary color sub-pixel region and a third primary color sub-pixel region; a plurality of pixel electrodes that are arranged in the white sub-pixel region, the first primary color sub-pixel region, the second primary color sub-pixel region and the third primary color sub-pixel region respectively; and a plurality of switching elements that are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the pixel electrodes and configured to switch the corresponding pixel electrodes, wherein the white sub-pixel region is provided with a plurality of switching elements. A colored picture displayed by a liquid crystal display screen using this array substrate or liquid crystal panel can have a low distortion degree and a high optical grade.

Abstract: An LTPS array substrate includes: a substrate on which a gate is disposed. An insulating layer and a polycrystalline silicon layer are disposed in sequence on the substrate and the gate. The insulating layer has an upper surface that is a plane. A source and a drain are disposed on the polycrystalline silicon layer and a pixel electrode is disposed on the insulating layer and a part of the drain. A plain passivation layer is disposed on the source and drain and includes a contact via formed therein at a location outside the polycrystalline silicon layer to expose a surface of one of the gate, the source, and the drain. A transparent electrode layer is disposed on the plain passivation layer to be electrically connected to the surface of the one of the gate, the source, and the drain that is exposed through the contact via.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a display panel and an array substrate including a plurality of pixel cells including colorful sub-pixels and one white sub-pixel. Each of the sub-pixels includes at least one sub-pixel electrode and at least one sub-pixel transistor corresponding to each of the sub-pixel electrode. The sub-pixel transistors are configured within the white sub-pixel to enhance an aperture rate of the colorful sub-pixels. As the sub-pixel transistors are configured within the same white sub-pixel, the brightness of the white sub-pixel may be decreased. At the same time, the aperture rate of the colorful sub-pixels may be greatly enhanced so as to enhance the performance of colorful images.
