    Abstract: A system for tracking and evaluating ride maintenance includes: a management computer including a non-transitory processor and a memory in which a maintenance staff database and a ride maintenance database are stored; a ride condition detection system integrated with the management computer and including: a detector configured to record a video of the ride maintenance activity or an image of a target object at a certain time interval; and a control unit configured to communicate with the detector via a communication line, to detect the position change of the target object, and to store the video of the ride maintenance activity in the ride maintenance video database.     Abstract: In a method for tracking workers in a park, work areas for the workers are defined, respectively, which include a first work area defined for a first worker. The defined work areas are transmitted to worker devices, respectively, which include a first worker device provided for the first worker. When it is determined that the location of the first worker device is outside of the first work area, the first user is prompted to input or select a report, and when the report is acquired by the first worker device, the report is wirelessly transmitted from the first worker device to the management server. An action in response to the transmitted report is determined, and assistance information corresponding to the determined action is wirelessly transmitted from the management server to one or more of the worker devices.

    Abstract: Food-line management is provided through a smart food line management system that includes a wait device, a kitchen terminal device, and a food network server. The wait device stores a unique identifier and includes a user interface for receiving a menu selection. The kitchen terminal device includes a user interface. The food network server includes a network communication interface that communicates with the wait device and the kitchen terminal device across the communication network. The food network server receives a user input menu selection and the unique identifier of the wait device, retrieves from a database a current wait time associated with the unique identifier and an estimated time to prepare the user-selected menu item and, upon determining that the current wait time is less than the estimated time to prepare the menu item, transmits an order for the menu item to the kitchen terminal device.
