    Abstract: An exemplary system for distributing promotions in association with digital tickets may include a staff device with memory that stores information regarding at least one attraction and a reward associated with a promotion, and a communication interface that sends an offer to one or more communications devices regarding at least one of the promotions, as well as a server that receives information from a communication devices of one of the guests, analyzes the received information to determine whether the guest has met a condition of the promotion at the attraction within a predetermined time and whether a staff member of the staff device has met a condition of one or more staff promotions, and transmits a notification to the communication device when the reward is achieved and a notification to the staff device when a staff reward is achieved by the staff member.

    Abstract: In a method for tracking workers in a park, work areas for the workers are defined, respectively, which include a first work area defined for a first worker. The defined work areas are transmitted to worker devices, respectively, which include a first worker device provided for the first worker. When it is determined that the location of the first worker device is outside of the first work area, the first user is prompted to input or select a report, and when the report is acquired by the first worker device, the report is wirelessly transmitted from the first worker device to the management server. An action in response to the transmitted report is determined, and assistance information corresponding to the determined action is wirelessly transmitted from the management server to one or more of the worker devices.

    Abstract: Food-line management is provided through a smart food line management system that includes a wait device, a kitchen terminal device, and a food network server. The wait device stores a unique identifier and includes a user interface for receiving a menu selection. The kitchen terminal device includes a user interface. The food network server includes a network communication interface that communicates with the wait device and the kitchen terminal device across the communication network. The food network server receives a user input menu selection and the unique identifier of the wait device, retrieves from a database a current wait time associated with the unique identifier and an estimated time to prepare the user-selected menu item and, upon determining that the current wait time is less than the estimated time to prepare the menu item, transmits an order for the menu item to the kitchen terminal device.

    Abstract: Embodiments for tracking real-world activities are described herein. An exemplary system for tracking real-world activities may include a database and a server in communication with guest communication devices. Such a database may stores digital tickets for each of the guests of a venue, as well as information regarding a plurality of real-world activities that are each defined based on one or more conditions and associated with a predetermined reward. The server may include a communication interface that receives information captured by an active communication device of one of the guests and a processor that executes instructions to analyze the captured information to detect one or more conditions associated with one of the real-world activities and to update the digital ticket associated with the active communication device regarding the predetermined reward. A notification may then be sent to the active communication device regarding the reward.
