Abstract: An array substrate includes a flexible base substrate; a buffer layer on the flexible base substrate and continuously extending from a display area into a peripheral area, including a first portion substantially extending throughout the display area and a second portion in the peripheral area, the first portion and the second portion being parts of an integral layer, an organic insulating layer substantially extending throughout but limited in the display area and on a side of the buffer layer away from the flexible base substrate; an inorganic insulating layer limited in the peripheral area and on a side of the buffer layer away from the flexible base substrate; a planarization layer on a side of the organic insulating layer away from the buffer layer, and a plurality of light emitting elements on a side of the planarization layer away from the organic insulating layer.

The method for manufacturing an array substrate provided by the present invention can not only shorten the production cycle, lower the production cost, but also avoid the threshold voltage drift of the TFT due to the irradiation of a large area of ultraviolet rays.

Each pixel region includes multiple sub-pixel regions which are in a one-to-one correspondence with the multiple metal patterns within the pixel region. Metal units of metal patterns corresponding to sub-pixel regions of different colors have different arrangement periods.

Abstract: An array substrate, a preparation method therefor, a display panel, and a display device. A color film layer of the array substrate comprises filtering patterns of multiple different colors. The filtering pattern of each color comprises multiple filtering units. The filtering patterns of at least two different colors are provided with overlapped portions at the positions corresponding to multiple gate lines, multiple data lines and multiple thin-film transistors. The overlapped portions are used for partitioning the filtering units. One of the filtering patterns of at least two different colors and having the overlapped portions at the positions corresponding to the multiple gate lines and the multiple thin-film transistors is the filtering pattern with the lowest light transmittance in the filtering patterns of the multiple different colors.

Abstract: The touch control display panel comprises an array substrate and an alignment substrate arranged in alignment with the array substrate. The alignment substrate comprises a black matrix arranged on a first substrate. The black matrix protrudes from the first substrate, and the orthographic projection of a side of the black matrix away from the first substrate on the first substrate covers an orthographic projection of a side of the black matrix close to the first substrate on the first substrate. The first substrate is further provided with a plurality of touch control electrode groups formed using the black matrix as a mask plate. The present invention can effectively reduce the number of mask plates and the process steps as well as the production cost, which can further reduce the thickness of the touch control display panel and facilitates the manufacture of light and thin products.
